Maybe she’s curious about it, and just asks him outright, as they hang out there, sitting in the campus café together and chatting rather than studying. Or maybe they hang out, and start to become friends, and it’s natural to ask him about this weird condition that makes him suddenly drop everything to go to the bathroom. Or maybe he just… tells her, in the café, maybe he just awkwardly blurts it out. Maybe just to see what she’ll think.
