Hey there guys!
Nikki here! Nice to meet you and even nicer that you take a peek at my request thread. I will post some ideas that come to my mind here and if anyone's intrested, just shoot a PM and we can discuss it.
I'm quite the visual type of girl, so i'll try to always add one or a few possible looks of my character to the ideas.
Those are all ideas! Some are worked out a bit better than others, so if you got input, just let me know too.

In this one, MC was a guy for the most of his life, but never really a good one. Something always felt strange and he even fantasized about other guys sometimes.
Due to that, he was always a perfect bullying target and the worst bully was definitely YC in Highschool.
As soon as MC finished highschool he kind of fled his home, never to be seen again.
A few years later in a bigger city, not that far from his original home, he started life anew, as a full fledged woman. He changed gender through hormone therapy and operation and is now happier than ever. It took HER some time to get accustomed to it, but since noone knew her and her secret here, she got by pretty well. She started to trust people again and even found a loving boyfriend.
However, she made sure that she kept away from social media, afraid, that someone might find out who she really was.

This idea is quite simple to understand as it is already quite known in many hentai mangas and videos. The title tells you everything thats needed to know already. I don't have a specific idea, but i do have some pics that could help imagination.

The desperation resulting from unrequitted love (possible GM warning)
Kirigaya Suguha is the Cousin of Kirigaya Kazuto or better known as 'Kirito' from the game SAO. She is madly in love with her cousin/adoptive brother and continuosly tries to supress these feelings as she knows that Kazuto will always only look at asuna his girlfriend.
Those supressed feelings, sooner or later, go out of control and she starts making some really bad decisions that lead her down the wrong path.
The question she has to ask herself now though is. Was it really a bad decision or is it that she succumbs to the fake love of other men and finds that she quite enjoys her new Lifestyle.
