Why is my profile still grey

My profile is still grey despite me commenting on my introduction thread a lot.

How can.i get it to go blue?

There are two conditions for turning blue. One is three posts requirement, which you did, and the other is a 24-hour waiting period for new members. You will automatically turn blue once 24 hours have passed.
