These are some ideas I have been writing down for a bit now. Thought I might see who is interested in writing with me?

World building - I would like someone who brings some imaginative ideas to the table, so I'm not the only one carrying the roleplay.
I have some triggers/kinks/other I would like to discuss before we begin.
I also prefer to play female characters.

1 - More Than Expected.
Childhood Friends to Lovers
Two friends grew up together, their families were close, and their mothers were best friends. They have grown close over the years and are playful with one another and are accused by their friends of being in love with each other. They begin to question their friendship and how they feel about each other. Through this discovery, they realize that they are in love with each other, and they end up with each other.
This idea is paired with Already Taken to add some spice - drama, and comedy.
Both friends are already in a relationship with people they have been dating for a few months to a year but discover that they have more feelings for each other than they do for their partners.
This idea can be used in a College setting and move into Adulthood.
2 - We Shouldn't, But I Want You
Forbidden Love
They never knew each other even though they went to school together, but their parents got married. They became step siblings and had to deal with each other. They were opposites and hardly got along while being siblings for their parents, but the truth was much deeper.
They had an underlying heat burning just beneath the surface, a forbidden flame that couldn't be reached.
Years later, their parents have divorced and they're adults. They bump into each other at a bar/club/mall (etc) and they reconnect, only now there's nothing keeping them from kindling that heavy flame that's been burning for years.
3 - Starcrossed
Enemies To Lovers
This involves the idea of Romeo and Juliet with a twist.
This is set in a far off time, further into the future. Earth has been destroyed by many years of deterioration. Everyone has evacuated to other "safe" planets. They built their lives on these new planets, and life seems to be going well.
The main characters of this story are from rival planets. The people on either planet despise the other side. There is a long standing history between these planets, one of war and chaos. They're fighting to take over their sector of the galaxy. But, the eldest children of the hierarchy of each planet find themselves in each other's presence, and everything they are supposed to hate about each other, they seem to fall in love with. But their relationship is forbidden, and if their families found out, the war would worsen.
How long can they keep this a secret?
4 - RipTide
Fantasy Romance
He had always believed that other worlds existed, that more than humans could exist. When he was a young boy, he was saved by a mystical girl around his age. He remembers her vaguely, but he will always remember what he saw when she left him, when his parents found him. — Mermaids don't exist! He is told all of his life. "You were brought in by the currents, you are losing your mind" - But is he really? When he is older and has taken over his father's business (being a pirate), he meets a woman that washes up on his ship. Who is she? And why does she hold his family crest necklace he lost years ago?
All her life she's known the sea, and only the sea. But there is one memory she holds dear. The day she saved that boy from drowning, there was a storm and he fell into her depths. She saved his life and found his necklace to be fascinating. So she stole it. All these years she wore it, never removing it. She wants to meet him again, but knows it'll never happen. But, the moment she gets caught on a net, she's pulled onto a ship, naked, confused, and this man is demanding where she found her necklace.
How will things go from there?
5 - Guys & Dolls
Enemies to Lovers/Arranged Marriage
This story is more of a gangster romance. He's the head of a mafia faction, his father finally died and he's taking over, stepping into the old man's shoes. His first order of business? He's taking his birthright, the one he was promised, there's just one problem. He has to be engaged to be married in order to receive this (the birthright - a throne, or a sum of money, a mansion, etc).
She lives on the scandalous side of life. Her job is frowned upon by many (the job - a stripper, escort, or adult tv star). She is thrown into his life when she witnesses a crime committed by his men and she's dragged into his sanctum. He finds her bratty attitude and witty self righteousness amusing, a strong woman is something he needs by his side. The deal is made. She's to marry him and rule by his side. Will she accept? Where will this story be headed?
6 - Give Up The Ghost
Paranormal/Dark Fantasy
From a young age she's always been able to see, speak to, and hear spirits. It's nothing new to her. She's spoken to spirits of many ever since she retained her "gift" at the age of fourteen. But, what is she to do about a cursed man? Someone who isn't truly dead, but stuck in limbo? He's also stubborn and doesn't believe he's dead. How is she supposed to convince him otherwise? He's not dead, yet he is, and as the story unravels, will she fall in love with a ghost? What would happen along the way?
He doesn't remember anything beyond the moment he meets her. She's the only one who can see and communicate with him. Is the world playing a cruel prank? Or is he truly dead? Deep down he knows he's not dead. There's something wrong, but what is it? With her help, he might be able to figure it out. But can he admit that he is dead? Or will he continue to be stubborn about it?
Unbeknownst to both of them, he's cursed. And the curse can be lifted, with magic and true love.

Dark Romance/Any other trope
A notorious serial killer is on the loose and he's looking for his next victim. He's famous because he's never been caught. This killer knows how to cover up his tracks and he's damn good at blending in with the crowd. The thing is, he's no ordinary serial killer… This guy only kills people who deserve it and he does his research on each victim. He follows them discreetly and keeps tabs on them, studying their behavior, their actions, their relationships, and their routine for when he's ready to strike.
She's been obsessed with this serial killer for many years. She's done all of her research and even wrote a thesis on the killer's murders and techniques in high school. She's been studying to become a psychologist, and she's curious about what makes this killer's brain tick. She needs to know all she can about this person.
One night while heading home from a fun night out with friends, she is walking home, tipsy and tired from her long week. She suddenly hears screaming and she doesn't realize that her world is about to change forever. Curious beyond belief, she follows the sound of the screams and catches the glint of a knife as it slams down on the person who is long dead by now. Anxious, she fumbles with her phone and takes a picture of what she sees..
The flash is on… this alerts the killer and the hunt is on. She's running through the woods with him chasing after her.
Next thing she knows she's waking up tied to a chair in a remote location and there's a masked man staring at her. Will she finally get to interview her favorite serial killer? What does he have planned for her? What will happen?

Dark Fantasy, Romance, Supernatural.
She's in an abusive relationship that she's been stuck in for a while, and she's afraid to leave him. They've known each other pretty much their entire lives. Their mothers were best friends and they set them up in late high school. Their relationship started off okay, but as time progressed they realized the only thing they had in common was their mothers wanting them to be a couple.
After a few years they're engaged because their mothers keep bugging them about getting married and having children. The relationship is "picture perfect" in public as he acts like a saint, and she's too timid to speak her mind. But behind closed doors it's darker than anyone would expect. He mentally, emotionally, and sometimes physically abuses her. And she's at the end of her rope.
She finally has enough and turns to the dark arts for help. She makes sure to pick up anything needed for the ritual. Once everything is set up, she starts the ritual and once it's over nothing has happened. She thinks she messed up, but suddenly there is a supernatural being standing behind her. (Demon, Djinn, Ethereal or Eldritch Horror). This creature confronts her about her desire to rid herself of her abuse.
She wishes her life was different, and that she was happier. Of course the wish can come true… but there's a price.
10 - Shadows Of The Heart
Dark Fantasy, Paranormal, Romance
A photographer discovers an antique camera with a dark secret. Whenever he takes pictures of people, the developed photographs reveal a shadowy figure lurking behind them. Curiosity drives him to investigate further, and he learns that the shadowy figure is a malevolent entity that feeds on the emotions of those photographed. When he meets a woman whose picture reveals an absence of a shadow, he falls in love with her. Together, they must find a way to defeat the entity and save themselves from its clutches.

In a grand Venetian mansion, a masquerade ball takes place every year on the anniversary of a tragedy. A young heiress attends the event and encounters a mysterious masked stranger. Their connection is immediate and intense, but as the night progresses, she discovers that the stranger is not human but a ghost trapped in a cycle of eternal torment. Together, they must unravel the mansion's dark secrets, confront vengeful spirits, and find a way to break the phantom's curse before the night's end.
