Personality: A bookworm and a bit socially awkward, mostly shy but very intense when pushed a bit too far.

Family: Muggleborn, both parents are university professors in London.
Brief Backstory:
With her parents firmly embedded in academia and the long hours that such a life entailed, Vickie was never particularly close with them, and the revelation of her status as a witch only served to put a little more distance between them. Already a bookworm, she threw herself into her studies at Hogwarts, establishing a reputation as a mostly-excellent student, especially when it came to theory, though her spellwork has struggled in some subjects (notably Transfiguration and Defense Against the Dark Arts).

Other: Most famous in her class (to her embarrassment) for spending nearly an entire month of her fifth year with a rotating selection of hair colors due to difficulty getting the change correct in Transfigurations class and her own stubbornness leading her to keep trying well after the class had moved on to other things.

Appearance:

Personality: Lynette is the sort of witch that comes with innovative ways to solve practical problems. It helps she enjoys being with people, and that she somehow attracts people to her with their problems. Practical advice seems easier to give than to follow through with, though. Lynette is a decisive young woman befitting of Ravenclaw, outspoken and positive… however, she lacks the self-confidence she needs to follow through with some of her ideas. Procrastination is her biggest downfall, and she’ll often choose the path of ‘least resistance’ to avoid confrontation. It isn’t very easy for her to overcome obstacles or face issues.
