Hello! Feel free to call me either Kay or Ludicrous, I appreciate you giving my thread a look! I assume since you saw the title you're aware of what Manhwa or Manhua are, but in case you aren't, the simplest way to describe them would be to say that they are Korean or Chinese manga respectively. Mainly in the form of web novels, they are often the type of story to be put on an app like Webtoon, leading some people to just call Manhwa's in general "Webtoons".
This thread is dedicated to fandom roleplays around either canon characters, or original characters in fandom worlds of these stories. Here's some general facts about me so you know who you're chatting with:
- I write between 1-3 paragraphs, but lean toward shorter posts, depending on context. In general back and forth in scenes I prefer single paragraphs, but I'm not a stickler. If getting or writing anything under 2 paragraphs stresses you out, I'm probably not the best fit for you. That said, no one-liners or text speech please!
- I only write in third person. I've tried first person a good few times, and it's just not my thing. Roleplay isn't self-inserts for me.
- I have 9 years of roleplay experience and consider myself mostly literate. I'm sure I'm bound to mistype every once and a while, but I'm generally confident in my ability to write in English. My biggest sin is probably that I use commas too often.
- I write dominant characters pretty much exclusively, assuming there is a dom/sub dynamic, which is by no means required. If you're actually reading this stuff then send me the word chaos in your pm. Having two switch characters is also perfectly fine, as long as my character isn't strictly submissive.
- I do not get upset over roleplay, pretty much period. Whether I'm ghosted, insulted, or whatever else. I am strictly anti-conflict and anti-drama. If you seem to be an irritable or rude person, I will probably avoid you.
- I'm open to writing either in PMs here or on Discord.
- I am usually not a fan of playing a Canon for someone else's OC
PLOT VS SMUT
In regards to plot and smut: I'm happy to include both or focus solely on either. However, I will note that if there is zero smut I do prefer there to be some form of romance. For plot only, I prefer to play some form of female, whether it would be female or futa, since it wouldn't really matter regardless with no smut. For smut roleplays, I prefer to play either males or futas. Something with a dick, basically. These aren't hard requirements, but I do lean toward them pretty heavily. I'm only looking to play against female characters.
