my name is velvet, (she/they, 22) and i've loved the avatar franchise since it first came out in 2009.
i am looking for roleplay partners to (double-up) roleplay avatar, and avatar the way of water with it strictly being oc x cc. if you are willing to play cc for me against my oc, we can just do that as well!
first thing's first, a little about me.
it's crazy to actually type, but with 2023 i've been roleplaying and writing for about twelve years now! dang, lmfao. i mean, i started when i was ten but still-- that's a long time yeah? anywho, i'm married and i work full-time. reading raunchy monster-fucker books is my favourite pass time, if that's not obvious with how much i love the na'vi! i'm also currently working on a book, and i'm super excited that it's in the works. fingers crossed i'm actually able to finish all the planning and plotting this year and start actually writing it! (i'm definitely still stuck within the realms of plot and world-building, lol.)
i am a multi-paragraphical writer, and tend to write anywhere between 500-2000+ words. while i tend to mirror my partner's writing, i hope i can write with folks who can at least write the former half of the word spectrum i presented. (though, i will be honest, sometimes i just write a lot-- like a lot, a lot.)
i can provide one to two responses per week, and maybe more depending on my schedule. however, this is a general statement and i cannot promise that i can always get responses out. while i love writing and roleplaying, i struggle deeply with my mental health and it weighs on me a lot. sometimes, i just lay in my bed and do nothing all day, and it sucks. i am really doing my best to be better and managing my time and actually pushing myself to do things-- with this being said i'd appreciate if my partners didn't bump until a week has past!
i am more than comfortable writing bxg, bxb, and gxg-- so no worries on that! my side will be bxg, with my oc being the submissive. i can play your character's love interest as submissive or dominant, just let me know which you prefer!
i only use drawn/animated face-claims for my characters, if we decide to use them. sorry! i'm just not very into using real-life people for face-claims, in fact my ocs will be drawn by me for this particular fandom so.. either way, no real-life face-claims please! (i will either use my metkayina oc pe'a or my sully!sibling oc sawit. if you want, i could draw your oc too! i wanna get more comfortable drawing na'vi's, hehe! ᰔᩚ)
pms or threads are a-okay with me, just let me know what y'all prefer! while threads for roleplay and pms for plotting are usually my go-to to keep things more organized, pms for everything is still okay! discord is a no, sorry not sorry i don't wanna spend ten dollars to write more than 2000 when i don't even use discord that much in the first place. ( ꩜ ᯅ ꩜ ) ;
please make sure you come into my pms ready to talk about what you're wanting to write with me. i'm super passionate and get excited easily for roleplays, and honestly those 'wanna rp?' messages really just ruin it. honestly, i do tend to ignore messages with no substance to them. you don't have to tell me your whole life story, but don't make me have to pry you open to find out what you want.
kinks and limits are definitely something i find important to have to go over. and while i do not have a f-list yet, i do have lists that have a general idea of what i'm interested in and what i'm not interested in. my kinks are not necessarily mandatory, but my limits are all hard-no's and will definitely land you a block if you decide to disregard them and bring them up in our roleplay. i think everyone's comfort is important, and i like to write with people who have the same mindset. please let me know what you like and don't like about my kinks, see something you're really not into? please let me know! definitely not the end of the world-- and also be sure to let me know what you like if you don't see it on my kink or limit list~!

while i realize the na'vi reach maturity at pandoran ages of 15-17, for this all characters will be aged up to at least 20-22! just for my own comfort. i'm pretty comfortable playing any character from the movies for you, but i haven't had the pleasure of reading the comics yet so i unfortunately don't have any knowledge of any external characters from there so i won't be able to play them for you, i apologize! all plotting will be done via private messages!
