Bunnie here. This is my search thread for a long-term writing partner or someone who I can write with for multiple short-term plots in the future. Either way, I hope we can become friends.

But before we get to that! Here is a little more about me: I am a 25 year old female, currently working full-time in the +12:00 timezone. I've been roleplaying for several years on and off, and I'm looking to get back into writing. Typically, I match my partner's post length and style but I do write in the third person, past tense, and average 500+ words per reply. I am flexible when it comes to faceclaims; either using anime or realistic FCs, or none at all.

When it comes to the erotic side of writing, I do enjoy a little plot to go with my porn. For a plot-to-porn ratio, this can be anywhere from a 50-50 split to an 80-20 split with smut as a tasty, side dish.

I've recently been craving something a little darker in nature, specifically following a group of late teenagers or young adults. While we would each have a main character within these stories, they would require us to play multiple side or background characters each. Here are two different takes that I have on the topic so far.

THE NEW MUTANTS.
Dark • Mystery • Psychological • Horror • Marvel's X-Men.​

Mutants are humans who have evolved to develop a rare genetic trait, dubbed the X-Gene. This grants mutants unique, supernatural abilities that are individual to them. Due to this powerful gift, humanity has come to fear them and mutants are often subjected to intense scrutiny, fear, discrimination and prejudice. Humans, who have stood at the top of the food chain for thousands of years, are about to be dethroned. After all, how can a human kill a God?

This story begins in a mental health facility where a small group of estranged young adults are being kept. Each person has a story and a battle to fight with their own subconscious. They have been told that they have family left to return to and that the facility is working to make them better. However, when a member of their ragtag group goes missing and another winds up dead in their bed, they begin to realise things aren't as they seem.

Why can none of them remember how they got to the facility? What are those blue pills that they take every morning? Why are none of them getting better? And, what lies beyond the boundaries of the forcefield?

This idea is heavily inspired by Marvel's superhero horror, The New Mutants.

DRIFTERS.
Dark • Survival • Crime • Adventure • Found Families.​

They say that some kids are simply born with tragedy in their cards. They are marked by misfortune with calamity coursing through their veins before they even step out into society. They are delinquents, cast out by their families and society, with nowhere else to turn to or run. Unable to find their place in a world where their worth had been weighed and found lacking. But, this story is less about how they were lost and more about how they were found.

Our story begins with a rag-tag group of runaways, stowed away on a train going nowhere. Through their own circumstances, each person has ended up at this point in their life. With no home, no food, and nothing to their name other than the clothes on their back, this group must somehow use their skills to survive in a world that has forsaken them.

In particular, I am interested in the formation of bonds between the drifters and their will to survive! This story can either happen in the modern world of today or an apocalyptic society, where everyone is suddenly brought down to the same level.
