It is another quite day in the court yard, a couple of the teacher where awaiting, for the students to arrive for this year. One of them being Anic Carin "Boy, this is boring, could they have another sap for this?" Anic sighs slightly, as the wind begins to blow around, the wind was neutral, it did not smell bad, but it did not smell sweet either "It's a good thing they pay me so much, for this job, beside it is fun messing with the people that come here." He chuckles harder at the moment, the train seem to running late today, but that not the strangest thing that has been happening at least this mouth.

There was the monster going rampage, the sewer back up, and the female that was found assault the other week. Anic wonder to himself 'This is even strange for this place.' He was thinking about the person that was killed, but came back to life, it seems like balances was being shift violently, but he pushes thoughts aside of that. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a wrist watch, looking at watch as it ticks "The train seems to be late this year." He blinks looking around "Has anyone seem the head master this year, so far?" He awaited his answer, before the ground begins to shake now, it seems train was coming now, with all of the students on it.

    • Jinghua, the lady teacher beside the demon rolled her eyes slightly. It wasn't because she hated the wolf demon beside her, but the common interest between them was limited. "Be patient, it's suppose to be a great honor to do this." Though clearly from her voice, she wasn't all excited either. Jinghua found it was just a joke, since the other teachers were back at the academy eating, drinking, or doing something else more important than this. She tucked a lock of hair behind her ear as she continued to look at some of her notes she written down to introduce the incoming students. They were suppose to give a speech or something to "inspire" the students, but Jinghua, who with a fiery heart, still wanted structure and organization, couldn't get a hold of Anric to arrange such a thing. It might be better just to get this over with so she can got back to do her research. She wasn't being paid to lecture students, that's for sure.

Planet Purity, a project that her father had tried to make, was now left in the hands of his daughter. The recent dark events that have been emerging from the shadows at night had only increased her desire to finish the project so that it would perhaps put the world back into equilibrium. "No I haven't, but I wouldn't worry about that." She suggested, looking at the coming train down the railways as it came into view behind a grove of birchwood trees. She elbowed the wolf demon, signaling him to get ready to organize the kids to come out. By reputation, Jinghua knew Anric, but based on that alone, it wasn't good.

      • "They shouldn't even have this damned place open yet... did you hear what happened last week?"

        "Yeah, some chick was attacked."

        "This is ridiculous."

"This place should be closed down! What if that happens to us?"

"I gotta go take a piss, man."

Many voices flowed out from the train's doors as soon as they opened, most of them voicing concern of the recent happenings here at Sirdan Academy... others, not. Then again, most of them belonged to first years, or "freshmen" who hadn't really had the chance yet to see just how Sirdan Academy worked and how it handled its problems. While the bustling mass of students continued to flow out through the doors, pushing and shoving to get off the train as quickly as they could and gathering up in front of the couple of teachers waiting outside, one student in particular remained silent, scowling as she unboarded the train and already began to make her way toward the school building. A large, rather stuffed-looking duffle bag sat slung over her shoulder and without even having to look at the woman's face, it made itself clear that this student couldn't give a rat's ass about what had happened last week or what the teacher's might have to say about it, among anything else they had to speak of regarding the usual rules and regulations.

'I don't need to have to listen to this shit all over again...' Ameira thought silently, her blue eyes having never even turned toward the teachers as they seemed to wait patiently for all the students to get off the train so they could make their introductary speeches. She was a senior attending her last year at Sirdan as she had been for the last four years, and on this particular day, she didn't feel like having to stand around for half an hour to listen to the same crap they had to say every year, year after year. By now, she practically had the whole thing memorized. So as she started to pull herself apart from the gargantuan mass gathering together in a mob in front of Jingua and Anic, Ameira continued to make her premature advance on her dormitory, pulling a slip of paper out from her pockets using her free hand. Her eyes looked over the script for a brief second before she sighed, tucking it back into her pockets in a crumpled mess. "Dorm. 16-A..." [/list:u][/list:u][/list:u]

Kodreck hisses as the door to the training rooms was locked, leaving him and his tribe inside with the rest of the monsters. Fortunately his tribe wasn't mindless and was able to secure a perch where a griffin's nest once resided, how unfortunate that a tribe of naga would be in the area and kill off the first griffin they found, though then again the eggs were tasty. "Now, as the head of the tribe I feel the need for a few 'ground' rules," Ko says while reclining in the back of the nest, enjoying the heat which the nest provides from the ventilation. "Slips, find the holes and scout out the area without getting seen. Fang I want you to figure out why we're here, and Gennette you should figure out if there's a less obvious way to have a ground for us to thrive in."

"What about you, 'tribe leader'?" Slips asks back, crossing his arms as well as Fang. "It's because unlike the rest of you, I don't burn." Ko replies and snaps his fingers, sparks of fire igniting above his hand before dying out at his whim. "I heard a rumble on the ground while you were getting the nest prepped, so check outside to see what's going on first, alright Slips?" he asks, getting a small salute before the smallest naga dissapears into the ventalation shaft, soon finding his way to the rooftop and spotting the train. With a pair of crude binoculars he zooms in on the people, spotting that most of them look human while something doesn't seem right.

    • Just as she thought, it was just a fruitless speech about how great the school was, the short history, and whatnot. She rolled her eyes at Anric's lack of discipline in the introduction, but then again, it probably didn't matter since most of the crowd were quiet, meek freshman. Most of the senior years and kids who've been here before had already taken off toward the school. Jinghua didn't bother to stop them, since she didn't need to handle a bigger crowd that way. The morning was pointless, with a short tour of the academy, and a brief dscription on some of the staff members. Then Jinghua's duty was complete when she lead the kids to the main hall where another teacher would take the kids over, and quite frankly, Jinghua was all but happy to see them off.

"You could've contributed more, you know." Jinghua stated, a bit irritated at Anric's lax attitude. She looked over at the wolf demon with a semi-glare, a fiery burn in her eyes scored at his own, and left him at that. 'Boy, dealing with him for another year... What a pain...' She said to herself as she walked away. At least her classes didn't start today, so she had the rest of the day to do what she wanted, in a practical sense.[/list:u][/list:u]

      • Sighing contently, Ameira was glad to finally arrive at her dormitory. More than anything, she was grateful to see it was on the first floor. Going up and down those stairs was always a chore, not to mention exhausting seeing as how there were several floors, maybe four or five at least. How else did the school expect to house over several hundred students? Especially when the nearest town was who knows how many miles away, so for anyone to live off campus and still be on time for class, they would either have to have super speed, a great car and good timing, or they would have to be able to fly.

To keep her mind occupied, as Ameira threw her duffle bag onto the bed nearest the window she would begin to hum a light tune she had heard on the train. Digging through the bag to unpack what little she had brought with her which consisted of a few outfits and the necessities, slowly and taking her time she would begin to settle everything in its rightful place on her side of the room and wonder who her roommate would be. She chuckled, seeing as how the rooms were co-ed, she anticipated to see whether or not it would be a male or another girl like last year. God, that had been so annoying! She had been just like most of the other girls she had met, always talking and talking and yapping about this and that, non-stop. Not to mention, the woman had been a lesbian, and attempted to seduce Ameira on more than one occassion despite her constant rejections. Back then, the demon had almost been tempted to turn her into a rat to keep locked up in a small cage.

Once everything was done, Ames would sigh contently and shove the empty bag underneath her bed and tucked a copy of the room key into her pockets before heading out into the halls to explore and see what other seniors, assuming all the lower classmen were still at the introductory speeches, had returned for their fourth year.[/list:u][/list:u][/list:u]

Vincent rolled his eyes as the train rolled in to the station that lead to the school that Vincent was attending. He had left 'normal' school long ago in favor for ones like these. The young man stood amongst others, simply focusing his energies, meditating so he didn't freak out in the claustrophobic conditions that he was in. He liked wide. He enjoyed going here at least. The male looked up as the train rolled to a stop and stood up with all the other students. All of the kids on the train were Naturally attuned to magic, Vincent sometimes felt uncomfortable not being able to use simple spells, not being able to use true magic, yet, he had something better, He didn't need spellbooks or magic words to use his magic, and it was good.

Vincent felt a slight throb at the back of his head, a kind of acknowledgment from The Raven, the name he had given to the being that lurked deep in his very soul. The male looked up and took the small bag he had as he got off the train, stepping from the vehicle and ignoring the lecture that the staff gave for the newer students. Vincent stood still with the rest of the students while the instructor gave the lecture. The Warlock stood and rolled his eyes before passing past the crowds of freshmen and the female teacher, whom he cast a glance and small, charming smile to when he walked by. Vincent was a handsome young man, he had actually bothered to dress well for this occasion wearing a long trench coat made of black cloth and other dark clothing. He could easily be called a 'goth' by some of the students, though he had obvious reasons since his career, a warlock kind of advertised it. The male was handsome too, his long black hair was actually combed and he wore earrings with small silver moons on them and a cross with the Egyptian Ankh on it.

Adrian smiled at the instructor, looking at her for a few seconds with his crimson orbs before turning away and heading upstairs. He was no new student after all. When vincent reached his dorm he cast his bags on the bed and closed the door quickly 'so students are being attacked, that is going to ruin my nightlife' Vincent smirked to himself, A new challenge was always welcome in his books. The male stepped into the halls, smiling to himself and taking off, classes had a while to start.

Anic was quite, he did not talk ready, but he keep those little punks in lines, he didn't want to be there, so why should he help, he smiles slightly now, at the moment. When it was over, he shrugs to the other female professor "No, I don't care really too." He yawns walking away, he sighs to himself unlink his 'friend' he had a class to teach and it was going to start soon "Fuck!" He did not want to do this, but money was money, before heading upstairs to the class that was starting in 15 minutes "I hate teaching physical education." He laughs to himself, maybe he could make this class a bit more interesting, he wonders to himself what bunch of loser be in this class this time.

He laughs slightly, before pouncing down into gym, this place was beautiful, filled with gold color statues, and purple floor "Grr, I still do not like how this place looks." He laughs a bit harder, before awaiting for the class the fill the room that just held him at the moment "Let see, how many good ones they gave me." He sits on the floor.

Naomi walked straight to her dorm room to deposit her luggage before she did anything like going out to explore the school. She took out a large hard-covered case and opened it to reveal her scythe in three pieces. The pieces screwed together tightly and locked to that there was no chance they would come apart unless she took the time to make them do so. She stored the weapon using ties on her back then she felt confident enough to exit her room. She looked around a little nervously then took a left down the corridor toward what she believed was the direction of her classroom.

"I'm so lost." She said to herself after wandering for a few minutes. She kept herself ready just in case something or someone decided to attack her while she was trying to find her way.

    • Jinghua had given up trying to focus on the project for the hour. It frustrated her that she could get the material components she needed to even operate the machine, let alone start experiments properly. When she asked to get the parts by mail, they lied to her when they said it would only take a couple of days, though traditional mail is never reliable anymore. Jinghua had her head upon the desk as she sat in her office a bit too upset to really press on Planet Purity.

Sighing, Jinghua got up, and left her office, taking only a small kit with her. Well, if she couldn't get the machine up and running, she could go out for sample plants to use on it. The convenient thing about being the herbology teacher was that she always had a fresh supply of plants to use, magical ones and not. Besides, the outlaying parts of the academy had forest to forage for plants as well. Occasionally, Jinghua passed a few students she remembered, and greeted them welcome to another year. Other students, she avoided since they were the bane to her existence. Jinghua made her way toward the east exit, closest to the black forest. Students were normally forbidden to enter the place, but since she was a teacher, she was free to move in and out of it at any time. Plus, she would just come up with the excuse that it would be used in class if ever asked.

Settling down with some Verga weed, rather deep in the woods, she began assembling her pieces together to extract the plant data from the leaves and stems. The process would take but a few minutes.
      [/list:u][/list:u]

After more time wandering, she stumbled upon a black forest. Having not known the rules long enough to memorize then, she had no idea she was forbidden to be here. Though even if she was she would probably continue on through. She hoped she would find some sort of instruction on how to get to class from here, but being the mostly shy girl she was she probably wouldn't be able to ask someone even if she did see someone.

Incidentally, after a few more minutes she sees one of the instructors working with some sort of plant. She stayed out of sight as best she could while watching her work. She decided to wait before moving again just in case she was heard.

Laughing slightly Anic did looking at this group of sophomore and freshmen, he shakes his head lightly. He had set up a little trap, pulling into the female gym clothing, that would make them rip slightly each time move to much. This was very funny to him, he could not stop laughing as some of the boys stare at the first 'Now, this is how you start out a first day." HE looks to the left up to the sky 'I sense trouble, I wonder what going on, oh well, it does not concern me either way.' He continues to watch the madness.

Ganzi was in the black forest, he seems to be napping deep inside of the thick woods, this was one of the many the mighty beast lay, suddenly he began to stir from his slumber "I sense something, that is not right in this forest." He Stood up releasing a mighty roar from his lungs, that seems to shake the whole forest now, before moving around, the dark forest got it name from dark looking trees, it was always night in them, with the moon out. There was many mighty creatures come from this forest.

    • "So it seems, Verga weed has certain properties that induce a sleeping agent inside the very liquid that it uses to transfer sugars and create its energy... In conclusio---" Jinghua couldn't finish the sentence as as loud eruption howled from the black forest. The very earth shook, making hr drop her recorder. Like the bellow of a giant, Jinghua covered her ears for the duration, and looked toward the deeper part of the woods, where birds had taken flight in the air, and the source of the sound. "A mighty beast has awoken." the teacher muttered under her breath. She stood still for a moment, letting the air grow cold in silence, before abandonning her post, and trending deeper in the woods.

The stench of musk, and other animal-like scent seemed to quickly fill the air. On occasion, Jinghua covered her nose to prevent sneezing. Immediately, she stopped at a particular spot. The sunlight had turned into a darker blue of hue, thanks to the shelter of the leaves, and sight was getting worst as she trended deeper in. Kneeling down, Jinghua drew a rune with her finger, tracing a symbol on the ground. Muttering a chain of words together, she stood up, and then cloaked herself in the background. "Wind of Light." She said, triggering the rune symbol, and upon command, four mortars of brilliant light shot in different angles illuminating the surrounding area for a a bit, as long as the rune holds. "It's near..." She could sense him.[/list:u][/list:u]

Naomi sensed the powerful beast as well, but she would stay hidden until the beast showed itself. She was scared, but she knew how to be careful. She would wait for the professor to engage it first then attack. With luck she wouldn't have to use any of her powers to help her beat it, but that would be a long shot. She held her scythe in her hand and readied herself to pounce once the opportune moment presented itself.

Just in case, she prepared her spell for drain spikes as a precaution for being attacked herself, which was likely. "C'mon...show yourself." She whispered under her breath.

He had been bored for a while. The train ride was long, and he didn't particularly like the long, drawn out speeches that were always dished out at the beginning of the semester. So he simply had shifted to mist when the train stopped and seeped out the window, moving to the School unseen. He had to go slowly, though, to make sure, sticking to the shadows.

When he reached the front door, He shifted back, slowly walking in. It seemed dark to him, but that might have been his senses coming back to him after a shifting. He was about to walk in when he heard a dark roar from behind him, the forest, and he shut the door, turning and running to the forest, shifting part of him to sprout wings as he flew, going above the tree tops. Whatever it was, it was vile.

Vincent had been walking through the halls of the academy when he heard something. A howl of something dark and primal. The young man blinked and looked out the window towards the forest before pressing his hand to it "What the hell?" He was curious for the most part. 'c'mon raven, time to go to work...' Vinvent pressed his hand into the wall, and focused, ,uttering a few words under his breath as his body passed through the wall, appearing on the other side before he sprinted into the forest. It was where the action was at after all.

Vincent ran until he felt the life of another close by, one of his teachers. The young man approached the woman, fully aware he wasn't supposed to be there. To the beast, he would have his own unnatural glow, a vile black light eminating from his body like a demonic aura. Vincent approached the woman "What was that?" He asked her. Blinking and making sure that he was ready for anything. His fingers took a light glow as he approached the female, looking around and scanning for anything large or powerful in the immediate area. He stood out of the way the light that the female conjured, making sure to stay within the shadow, his domain.

A growl comes from the creature, he shows his teeth now, before transforming beginning to change in appearances. His teeth begin to transform, before disappearing, the rest of the body came after that "They want to play?" He could smell two people, he was now in the body of a young woman now, in tater clothing "Help me!" The voice was even different as the woman ran through the forest. Ganzi was now disguise her, before laughing in his mine. Soon, the now disguise as young woman running into the teacher from front "Help me, I saw this thing." Ganzi to add to the disguise, she had blood roaming down her arm and cheek. She looks at her panic "Where it go?" She looks around frantically.

Ganzi was not stupid enough to engage on to someone without testing them first, he looks around as he was looking around frantic to see how many of them there where "I hear this forest was dangerous, but I never believe that it would be this dangerous."

He felt the aura of a teacher and quickly touched down nearby, walking over to them. "Need any help? I heard a commotion, professor. I am not sure what it was... But I know it's somewhere in here..." He turns around, eyes scanning the area, narrowed in search.

    • "Whoa, now, calm down." Jinghua said, trying to ease the woman. "Calm down, first, let's get you to safety. The Sirdan Academy isn't far from here if you just head west." Jinghua instructed, look past the girl's shoulder to see if anything had emerged from the darkness. So far though, the lights had not revealed anything unusual, let alone a monster. "Whatever that was, it wasn't happy, you should be safe at the school." she urged. Her mind had forgotten a rule of the Headmaster years before, never trust anything in the forest. Creatures sometimes inherited the ability to shape-shift.

After a moment, the tension in the air seemed to die done, as if the monster had vanished from the area. The instructor breathed a sight of relief, turning to the woman for inquiry. "It's gone now. Tell me why were you wandering in the woods by yourself? And which village did you come from anyway? Most people would not survive a minute this far in the woods." Jinghua looked over at the students who approached them, glaring at him. "And what are you doing here!? Students are not allowed in the black woods. Including you!" Jinghua stated loudly, referring to little Naomi who thought that she was hidden. The secret to the rune magic was that Jinghua could see everything that the light touched, and during the spell, a mortar of light shined on her scythe, revealing her location.

"Nevermind, let's get this woman to safety."
      [/list:u][/list:u]

Naomi's acute sense of dark magic helped her see through the monster's ruse. It was difficult, the disguise was nearly flawless, but a faint red aura emanated from the woman pleading for help. "Don't let her into the school. She's not who you think she is, ma'am." Naomi came out of the bushes with her scythe in hand, then put herself into a fighting stance while directed at the woman. "Reveal yourself. Your imperfectly hidden aura betrays your identity." Naomi herself seemed to be covered with a faint black flame that signified that her power was activated. Anything that tried to strike her would end up hurting itself in the process.

He heard the girl - the one that must be Naomi - speak to the woman, and stretched his own senses. By god, she was right! barely noticeable, even when he knew what he was looking for, but it was there. His hand shot up to the sky, clouds swirling around , making things darker. "Vile thing, you picked the worst of times to appear."

Vincent immediately saw through the ruse as well, her let out a low pitched growl, sheathing his hand in dark energy. "Turn back beast, you are outnumbered. Hie heart was beating faster, and his words held an unnatural venom to them. "Sorry ma'am, but you are mistaken about that." Vincent scowled and directed a closed fist, channeling his energy into his hand, energy that came from deep inside him. "Don't let your guard down professor" Vincent's eyes narrowed as he looked at the woman "And you, learn how to disguise yourself a bit better" He silently prepared an invocation, readying his right hand for a blast of energy. "And besides, I have been in the woods before" This was a place that Vincent usually went to get some peace and quiet.

'Well, well seems like one of them had some potential, well then let play' A big black ball forms in her right hand, since a giant blast come out of at teacher lot of power behind it. Ganzi jumps back looking at them all "You call me vile, you are the one that enter my domain, after all, what business do you have here?" The woman crack her neck, the teeth in his mouth are now fangs, before wings sprout out of the young woman back "I get tried of honoring my deal with the school, but you fools keep breaking the terms like nothing." He growls slightly looking at them, as he begins to transform back into his true form, the beast lets out a roar "Yes, you have me outnumber, but quality is better then quantity. my dear vampire." He sniffs the air, he was feeding off of there negative emotion that was feeding right now "What is the garbage doing here?" He snarls hard.

The backlash of darkness came out at all them, he was just showing them his power, he was not attack "What is it that you want in my forest?" He licks his lips lightly loving it, his wings flap hard, sending out a gust of wind around them. He licking his lips lightly, before tilting his head to the side.

    • Wide eyes appeared on Jinghua, as she looked over at the female just in time to see the sphere of energy form. At close proximity, it was impossible to completely dodge, so instead, she caught the sphere of energy in her hands as it was sent at her. Using her spirit as like an anti-gravity, repelled the sphere from touching her, and shoved it aside just enough so she could evade it as it shot off in the darkness. Repelling the sphere shoved Jinghua back a distance away, just in time to see the woman transform into the beast of the forest.

Now she remembered. The place was forbidden for good reason. Ancient monsters roamed these woods, and just her luck that Jinghua happened to run into probably one of the most dangerous ones of all. Immediately, Jinghua rushed in between the monster and the students "They wish nothing from your forest, creature. It was me who entered your domain willingly." She said, casting the cause of his awaken upon herself. She turned herself back toward the children, "Leave. Now." She said, in a commanding voice before turning back to Ganzi. "And if you are so kind as to allow us passage, we will leave your woods, and I will accept punishment for my trespassing."

Ganzi, that was what the creature's name was. Jinghua heard about him from the other teachers as well as the headmaster. One of the main reasons they did not slay him centuries ago was because he was hard to kill. Regeneration allowed one's body to heal quickly after every attempt to slay him.

A large black circle appears not too far away...and from it steps a young woman with long black hair and paled skin..her name is Ai Enma...and as she goes through....she puts up her own shield to try to disguise her demon nature. However..she looks around..and sees the dress code..and changes her clothing appropriately..and then approaches the sounds of voices. She makes her way quietly there...saying nothing but watching everyone...keeping an eye on who is who...and what they can do.

More importantly..she looks for fertile females.
