The Black Rose club was bumping and grinding. Packed with hot bodies, it was hard to slip through the dance floor to the edge of the crowd. Solanine managed though, and took a much needed breath, her pert nose crinkling as she took in the stench of sweat. She rolled her dark blue eyes, and tossed her curly black hair out of her face, cursing herself for not bringing a hair tie like her friend had suggested. She slinked among the crowd, the black lights above her catching on the large snake tattoo she had wrapped around her left arm. She lifted said arm as she reached the bar, snagging the attention of a young... werewolf, if she were to hazard a guess, and ordered a scotch, her voice slightly husky with disuse. He smiled, a hint of canine at his lips, and slid her the drink. As she went to pay, he shook his head, mouthing to her that it was on the house tonight. She grinned at that, and turned, her eyes roving over the dancing crowd. Her friends had continued dancing, and she shook her head as she picked them out, one by one, making sure they were okay.

Tonight had a two-fold mission. One, have fun, her best friend has just turned 24, and they were most definitely celebrating. Two, see if she could find a link between the 4 disappearances that had occurred close by the club. None of the victims had had any connection with each other, other than the last place they had been seen was the Black Rose. She knew that a vampire owned the club, but she was ever rarely here, and was the first one she had been able to rule out. The vampire had given her free rein at her club, to investigate, but hadn't told her employees. She had told Solanine, that she wanted the first crack at whoever was harming her patrons.

Solanine finished her drink, and drifted back onto the dance floor, moving gracefully around the grinding bodies, letting the beat lift her mood as a twisted smile lifted her lips. As she reached her friend, she felt eyes on her, but ignored them, knowing that she would attract attention with the lavender silver ribbon dress she had tied herself into. Her long legs ended in a pair of spiked silver heels, and her body was clear of any ornaments, other than the large black and silver tattoo of a cobra wrapping around her left arm. Her long pointed ears outed her as a nonhuman, and she displayed them proudly, with hoops and chains gracing the bottom edges.

"Look man, I'm telling you this will be fun. You'll love it!" Kirk exclaimed to his buddy James, grinning as they walked down the street. Kirk was walking backwards looking at his friend, matching his pace and avoiding all the cracks.
"I don't see how being in a dark room with loud music and flashing lights is fun." James said rolling his eyes, "We're here for a job. I just want to get it done and over with." He said, staring Kirk down as he refused to break eye contact.
"Oh, so you're telling me having drunk, half naked women rub against you and call it dancing isn't fun?" Kirk said with a shit eating grin.
"..." James folded his arms and glanced away towards the street to this, eliciting a bigger grin, if that was even possible, from Kirk.
"I rest my case then!" Kirk said and finally turned around, throwing an arm up in the air. "I'm going to score the biggest hotty in the club and I might even share her with you!" Kirk said, spotting the club in the distance. "Can't wait to skip the line!"

~~~~~
"You're not on the list." The bouncer said rolling his eyes. He hadn't even looked. Kirk grinned and rolled his eyes back, and tapped the clipboard, causing the bouncer to yank it away right as he touched the pad.
"Why don't you actually look my dude? James and Kirk, no last names, cause that's how we roll. We're right near the top, you don't even have to look far."
"If you're not on the list you walk right off and don't come ba-..."
"We're on the list aren't we?" Kirk said grinning at the bouncer. "Just shut up and go inside already." Even James smiled at that one and they high fived each other as they walked past the bouncer and into the bumping club.
~~~~~

Kirk was out on the dance floor, the shorter of the two men, but not by much, he had tanned skin, and was a mix of Mediterranean and Germanic/Celtic in appearance with short thick black hair with the slightest of curl to it. He wore a silk red shirt that was quite open to a smooth muscular chest, a chain necklace hanging around his neck that was not gold, but a strange dark metal that shone various colors as the light hit it. He wore black jeans and a pair of red sneakers, keeping his outfit simple and loose. Kirk was out in the middle of the dance floor, throwing down hard moves that were in style, and wasn't even breaking a sweat. He had agreed to no alcohol for the night, but he hadn't agreed to no fun. They were looking for a smuggler, but there was no reason he couldn't also be looking at the hotties.

James was a little bit taller than his friend, and looked to be a mix of Asian and northern European descent with blonde hair that was just a bit longer than medium length. He was dressed in much lighter clothes, a yellow short sleeved hoodie, zipped all the way up, over a loose one size too big simple soft cotton long sleeved shirt, and white cargo pants with extra pockets, many of which had things in them. He wore the same chain necklace around his neck as well, and his shoes were a yellow pair that matched his friends. James was leaning on the bar as he glanced around the room, swishing a sprite with two ice cubes around in his hand, he had just as much interest in the job as his friend, but he was far more eager to get it over with so he could go on vacation again. It was beginning to cool off in this part of the world so a trip out to the Rockies could be fun.

Solanine giggled at her friend as she did a little shimmy, reminiscent of the swimming move that was popular in the 60's. She moved her own curvy body to the beat with her friend, as a large man sidled up to them. Solanine grinned up at the large werebear, and he smiled back, before motioning for her to follow him. She nodded, whispering in her friend's ear that she would be back, and to not wander far from their other friends. Cori rolled her eyes at Solanine's overprotectiveness, and twirled away to continue dancing. Solanine followed the werebear off the dance floor and towards the bathrooms, where they were afforded a little bit more privacy.
"What's up Malachi?"
"Ziggy is watching the back entrance currently, nothing to report from that front. I've been watching the bar, and no drinks have been tampered with, at least not to my knowledge."

Solanine nodded, trusting the huge man's sense of smell, and looked back out towards the dance floor.
"Could be this was a bust tonight... Keep at it, but consider yourself off the clock Malachi. Let Ziggy know she can head out. We'll meet up at work tomorrow afternoon."
"Sounds good. Watch yourself boss."
"I've got a group of friends here too, I'll be fine. Thanks though. Let Lysandra know I said hello."
"Will do boss, She'll be happy to get me home early for once."

Solanine laughed at that as the two headed back towards the bar, Malachi retaking his seat to pay his bill, and Solanine looked over at those at the bar, her eyes cataloguing each one. Her eyes drifted over one who was wearing a yellow hoodie, and smiled at him softly, before turning back to the bar and ordering 4 shots of FaeFire. The bartender poured them, and she grabbed them with her hands, before winking at the yellow hooded guy, and heading back to the dance floor.

With her hands above her head, she twisted through the crowd, dancing along with them, reaching her friends in no time to spare. Cori lit up at the sight of the shots, and Solanine dispersed them to her, and the two other friends they were with.
"To Cori! Another year down, and plenty to go around" All four women cheered, and then tossed back the FaeFire, their eyes lighting up from within. Solanine backed up a bit, only to feel a male body behind her, and she looked over her shoulder. "Sorry!"

James raised an eye brow at the wink. It only took him a moment to recognize what she was, and he rolled his eyes and looked away, after she had already gone. So far he hadn't sensed any disturbances outside the norms of the bar, although his jobs had gotten much harder at noticing weird shit once the veil had been ripped from the world. He was almost amazed at how well the world took it, almost as if strings had been pulled to ease it along. Not that things were peachy everywhere in the world, but for the most part, everything was fine.
He glanced about, still nursing the sprite in his hand, when he noticed the fae bump into his friend. Great. That was going to be trouble. James sighed, and shook his head. He'd deal with it if it became a problem.
.
Kirk suddenly felt a woman bump into him as he was doing his thing, and smiled as he turned around to see a gorgeous bombshell. His instincts told him she was far too pretty to be a mortal, but his monkey brain didn't care. "Well hello there pretty mama." He said with a grin. "Don't be sorry, come closer if you like!" He said with a grin. "Name's Kirk." He said, staying close as he swayed to the music. "I hope your friends and you are having fun tonight. If not, you can all come back to my place where we can have some real fun!" He said with a laugh.
.
James of course heard this, shouting an inaudible 'No!', and started to head over. 'Dammit Kirk why do you always have to let the wrong brain think!' He bemoaned to himself as he tried to make it through the crowd over to his foolish friend. Now was not the time for this!

Solanine giggled at the brash man in front of her, before presenting her friend Cori, saying, "It's her birthday. We're here to celebrate." The girls all smiled and waved before they perked up as another song came on. Solanine looked over at Kirk as he introduced himself, then laughed and shook his head as he propositioned them all.
"Not happening, but we will take a dance!" Solanine started to dance suggestively to the music, Cori by her side as Kirk danced with them.

As they danced, she became aware that the yellow hooded guy was approaching them, and she looked up, meeting his eyes. He looked a little miffed, and she looked back at Kirk, "Friend of yours?"

At his answer she smirked and then caught sight of a hooded figure heading to the bathrooms. She twisted to keep the figure in her sights, cursing herself again as she realized she had sent Ziggy home too early. Completely ignoring Kirk, she sighed to herself, and turned to Cori to whisper that she was going to the bathroom, when one of their other friends stumbled, and went down. Solanine rushed to her drunk friend's aid, moving faster than a normal human, and lifted her up carefully. Cori nudged the other woman, and the four made their way off the dance floor, to a quieter section near the bar, where Solanine made sure she could sit for a moment. As she made sure they were alright, she looked back up towards the bathrooms, but realized that that the hooded figure was gone.

"Damnit." She said quietly, almost too low for Cori to hear her, but she did nonetheless, "What's wrong?"
"Oh nothing, I was just thinking that it sucks we have to leave early, Marie is down for the count."
"I'm not too hung up about it. I'm kind of getting a bad feeling actually."
Solanine looked over at her friend, concern enveloping her senses and she placed a hand on Cori's arm, "What kind of feeling?"
"Like black magic bad... I'm not sure where it's coming from, it feels like this entire place is saturated in it. but it literally only just now happened..."
Solanine growled quietly, and Cori shrugged, her seer powers came and went like the tide, one moment there and strong, then next gone.

"Come on, We're getting out of here. " Solanine said, making the decision as the three others nodded. She helped Marie up, and the four made their way towards the entrance. Once there, Solanine looked back one last time, seeing Kirk, and the yellow hoodie seemingly speaking to each other. Kirk seemed like he would have been a fun time, it was too bad she wouldn't get a chance to know him better.

"Oh, ya. Room mate. Pretty chill dude but takes his life waaay too seriously." He said, and glanced at the same time as Solanine did at the hooded figure. "Well it wasn't the trouble I was looking for..." He said under his breath, a big grin spreading out across it as he reached towards his back. But then the girl fell, and he turned his attention back to the women, still keeping his senses on the guy.
.
As the girls shuffled off James finally made his way over. "What were you doing?!" He demanded
"Dude, that guy is getting away."
"I can sense him down in the basement, we'll deal with him in a second, even if he isn't our problem, I don't like that aura of dark magic. Besides, maybe it's related. No such thing as a coincidence." he said, as Kirk said it at the exact same time before laughing. "Anyway don't change the subject."
"What, you mean that hotty? I was just trying to get in her pants, hell, maybe have an orgy with her and her friends! What's the big deal?"
"What's the big deal? She's a Fae!" James said with a bit of disgust. "A deceptive being of the never never! You know you can never trust them! The slightest insult and they turn you into a toad! Fragile egos and terrifying power! You know damn well they're best to be avoided!"
"Oh come off, you know it's mostly just the nobles that are like that!"
"Are you really so sure? Do you really want to take that chance? And how do you know she's not a noble?"
"Really? A noble Fae? In a dingy club like this? Please."
James sighed. "Fine, whatever, let's just go after the bastard already."
"You go ahead, I'll say good bye to the ladies and then go around back incase he tries to get away."
"Kirk!"
"Meet you round back!" Kirk said with a laugh and hurried after the woman, easily making it through the crowd, pushing aside anyone who didnt let him by.
.
"Heeeeyyyy!" He said smooth as silk. "Don't leave without giving me your number first." He said winking at Solanine. "My friend said you're dangerous, now there's no way I'm not interested. He should have known better." He said with a laugh as they stepped outside into the cool air. He looked about, not sensing anything outside yet, he still had time to flirt. "You have to head home with your friends or are you still up for some partying?"

Solanine looked up at the sound of Kirk's voice, and grinned. As they stepped out into the cool night air, Cori gave her a look, and winked at her, causing her to roll her eyes. The other woman walked with Cori towards where they had parked the car, leaving Marie in Solanine's capable hands. Solanine made sure she was leaning against the wall, taking care not to touch the iron work on the brick staircase, and then turned back towards him. She flashed him a smile, and then pulled a card from her little black case that she carried.
"Here, it's my number," she paused as he said his friend had called her dangerous, and the evil grin that split her lips would have made lesser men quiver in fear, "Maybe I am a little dangerous, but it would most definitely be a fun time, at least until the very end."

At his question, she sighed, and then nodded her head towards Marie, "As much as I wish I could stay, I'll have to head out. I need to make sure they get home safe, and don't disappear on me..." The last part was almost inaudible, and she grinned as the car drove up, a dark green SUV, Cori in the front passenger seat. She got out, and helped Solanine get Marie into the car, the woman almost falling asleep as the door shut. Solanine whistled as Cori got into the car again, and a faint rumble was heard from an alley near them.

A black motorcycle drove up to them, a cross between a crotch rocket and a steam engine, the side heaving as smoke drifted out from under the headlights. She grabbed the helmet, and placed it on her head, grinning wryly at Kirk, before saying "This is Eredin. He's my mount." The motorcycle rumbled in warning, as Solanine ran a hand down the back of it, in a soothing manner. She slid a leg over the motorcycle, the engine rumbling to life, and then looked back up at Kirk, "I have to escort them home, otherwise Marie's father will never let her out again... Sorry to run off after such a short time, but give me a call, maybe we can meet up..." She winked again, then signaled to Cori. The SUV started moving, and then the motorcycle followed, leaving Kirk alone.

"Oh, you'll find me far more durable than most." He said with a grin, casually slipping her card into a shirt pocket. His smile faded when he got shot down once more, there would be no nookie tonight. "Ah, well. That's a shame." he said, and with a shrug, he leaned in to steal a kiss from her cheek right before she slid on her helmet. He grinned, and patted the bike. "Nice to meet you Eredin, get her home safe so I can play with her later." He said, and with a swift motion he turned to walk away, headed for the back alley where the back door was.
.
A few minutes later James was kicking the back door open angrily, fuming mad. "HE FUCKING GOT AWAY!"
"What?"
"He got away!"
"How?"
"Fuck if I know! There were no exits! Not even to the never never! He must have had a powerful artifact or something! DAMMIT!" He shouted, and kicked a trash can. "I want this damn job to be over already!"
Kirk laughed, and slapped his buddy on the back. "For someone usually so relaxed in his off time, you sure are impatient on the job."
"That's because I want to hurry up and get back to my off time!"
"Well, it wasn't all bad news tonight," Kirk said as he pulled out the card and flashed it in front of James' face. "I got digits."
"From The Fae no doubt. I swear on the Maidens Kirk, that dick of yours is going to get you killed."
"Bah, we'll tag team her, she can't handle both of us!" Kirk laughed, and gave his buddy another slap on the back before heading out of the alley. "Let's call it a night, head to the gym, blow off steam, and then go play some video games. We're almost to the next boss in Guantlet."
James sighed, and dragged his hands down his face as he stood up fully. "Ya, fine. Let's go." He said, and the two headed home before grabbing their gym gear and busting a sweat for a few hours, Kirk getting distracted by a gym bunny or two once or twice, before they headed back home and played video games until they passed out on the couch.

Solanine walked into the police station that housed her unit. The receptionist passed her a few notes, and a donut, which she took a bite of as she walked into the bullpen, groaning at the sugary explosion on her tongue. A few of the officers catcalled, and she flipped them off with a grin, before heading towards the stairs, and walking down into the basement. From the shadows, Ziggy appeared, small in stature, her wraith like figure melting away to reveal a small tomboyish one.
"Hey, Malachi brought Coffee. We've got another report of a disappearance."
"Yeah, right after I sent you guys home, Cori sensed a bad aura. I'm not sure if the figure I saw was the one we were hunting, but it seems to have gotten away from us again. This is driving me insane."
"I can imagine, When was the last time you actually got a full 8 hours of sleep?
"Not in a while." Solanine used her curvy hips to push open the iron door to her office, wincing at the cold burn from the metal, as Ziggy tutted in frustration behind her. She didn't acknowledge it, and neither did Ziggy.

On her desk, a coffee cup sat, with the name of their favorite coffee shop, and she smiled sweetly at Malachi, who was at the large board they had set up for their investigation. He nodded to her, then looked back at the board.

"Where are the twins?"
"Checking out another lead for me. I wanted to know if there were any ley lines around the Black Rose."
"Ah, so that's why they weren't with us. Think I'll need to call and wake them up?"
"No need Ziggy! We are up..." Two men walked in, almost identical, from the dark brown hair on their heads to the freckle on their right wrist. They looked Egyptian, and moved like snakes, their neon green eyes slightly hypnotizing as they looked at Ziggy.
"How many times do I have to tell you two not to use those eyes on me!?" She yelled, grabbing each of them by their ears, and twisting them as both men yelped and squirmed.
"Boss! Tell her to stop!!!"
"Zane, you were warned multiple times. You two got what was coming to you." Solanine said without looking up from the latest missing persons report. She took a sip of her coffee, and looked up as Malachi cleared his throat and said, "I found one other striking similarity."
"Oh? What did we miss?"
"Every single one of the missing victims literally just came into their Zenith of power. They had just... ascended, for lack of a better word."
"Shit. That puts a wrinkle on things... These aren't common people either. Each one was powerful in their own way..."
Zane nods, then says, "The ley lines Trey and I found around the Black Rose aren't anything special. Just normal ones. None of them have been used for the black arts either."

Solanine sighed and then got up, "Alright, I want you two to go talk to our latest missing victim's friends and family. Malachi, I want you to see if the Zenith happened a few days before the disappearance, or on the night of the disappearance. Ziggy, go home. I'll need you tonight."

The four nodded and then headed off to do what she had said. Solanine sat at her desk, staring at the board before her laying her head down on her desk, frustrated beyond belief. Pain shot up her spine, and she cringed at it, before fighting against it and standing. Her phone, buzzed, and she looked down at it.

It was a simple text. Hey Pretty Lady, answer your phone. And then suddenly her phone rang. "Heeeeeeyyy..... How's it going beautiful? Sorry I didn't call you last night. I got distracted cheering up my boy. We should meet up. Have some coffee, maybe some sex. Who knows?" Kirk said with a laugh. "Meet me at crescent park, I'll bring some pastries."

~~~~~
.
Kirk was sitting on a park bench when she arrived, his feet on the seat and his perfect ass perfectly balancing on the top curve. He was dressed in the same pants and sneakers, but wore a full on hoodie with the hood up, bobbing his head like he as listening to music. A paper bag from a bakery near his feet.
Off in the distance was James, still wearing the same outfit as the night before, and keeping a steady eye on Kirk and the surrounding area as he leaned against a tree. He clearly looked fidgety. Here he was at a park and instead of getting to enjoy the path he had to keep an eye on his friend. He clearly wasn't happy.
.
As Solanine walked up, they both looked up at the same time, Kirk pushing back his hood and smiling with bright teeth. "Ah! You made it!" he said with a grin, and hopped off the bench, grabbing the bag in one smooth motion and offering it to her. "I got like five different fruit flavors, wasn't sure which you liked." He said, and then started walking down the path in the direction of his friend. "So, crazy night last night huh? Shame that perp got away." He said, "James thinks he might be connected to what we're working on, so despite his reservations, he told me we should talk with you about it, see if you can tell us anything." He said, "Sorry to be all business, but it shouldn't take long, maybe you have some free time after?"
Solanine smiled at the text, and then laughed as the phone started ringing. She answered it, and then agreed with Kirk's plan, before hanging up her phone. She grabbed her small pack, and her black leather jacket, hiding the Glock she was carrying under it.
Walking out to her motorcycle, she drove out to Crescent park, only a ten minute drive from the station. Parking her motorcycle, she dismounted and walked up to the park bench he was sitting at. Her curvy body was wrapped in a pair of tight blue jeans, black motorcycle boots, and a light purple tank top, the jacket on top warding off the cool breeze. The earrings in her ears glinted in the sunlight, and the tip of her ear twitched as she looked over at Kirk's friend, a smirk on her lips. He seemingly didn't like her, although she didn't quite know why. Oh well.
"Thanks. I'm partial to strawberry..." She rummaged in the bag, following after him, a little distracted, but then her head whipped up, eyes pinpointed on him as he spoke of last night. Without a word, she placed a hand on her gun, ready to pull it out if need be.
"And exactly what could you possibly be working on that would be connected to what happened last night?" She asked, her eyes narrowing at him. A slight wind picked up around them, and she pulled up her shields around her body, her Fae magic twisting to life around her.
In the parking lot, the loud rumble of her motorcycle destroyed the quiet of the morning.
Kirk just laughed as she went for her gun, but behind them, James was tense, his hand reaching behind his back. "Relax. We're not villains. Some artifacts went missing, and we're trying to get them back. Well, one artifact in particular. We did some research this morning and some people have gone missing, figured maybe you were looking into that, since you're a cop and all." He said, and took a few quick steps to walk ahead of her, turning around to face her as he walked backwards without looking. "So you see, we figured, with this artifact, and a number of sacrifices, something big is clearly being planned. Possible Old Ones big." He said, lowering his head slightly to seem more ominous. "Could be Kathaan, Or Derrreek, or we could get lucky and someone fool might try and summon Ulamog again." He laughed at that one but James shouted from behind.
"STOP SAYING THE NAMES OF OLD ONES YOU IDIOT!!!" He was several meters back but with just a few steps he was right alongside Solanine. "Look. Do you want to work together or not? I'm not saying I trust you. Not only are you a Fae but you're also a cop. Sounds like a recipe for disaster if you ask me, but you're clearly doing leg work for a goal that matches ours and the sooner we get that artifact back the sooner I can head out for the Rockies. I'm already sick of this town." James said with disgust.
"Ya, and if we hurry and stop the ritual, we might even save the women who have been kidnapped, since they're clearly being kept alive until the ritual is being performed. At least I hope so, or you're going to see more blood come out of a body than you thought imaginable." Kirk said, his tone going cold for just a moment.
Solanine slowly relaxed as he finally explained what was going on, twitching as he spoke the names of the Old Ones out loud. It seemed she wasn't the only one annoyed at that, as James began yelling at him. As he approached them, Solanine turned, looking up at him as he told her why he didn't trust her. She stuck her tongue out at him as he spat out Fae like it was a curse word, and then grinned as he said he was headed to the Rockies. As Kirk spoke, she turned back to him, nodding her head. Obviously there was more than meets the eye with these two.
Normal humans would never be sent out for those artifacts, matter of fact, normal nonhumans wouldn't be sent either.
"Alright, we can work together. I've got no problem with that. Although at the same time, why should I trust two men who don't trust me? You are right, that would be a recipe for disaster..." She sighed to herself, and then crossed her arms in front of her chest, looking at both men.
"I'm okay with a partnership, but we have to work out a way to trust each other. There's no way I'm going into a dangerous situation with somebody who obviously doesn't like me, and trust them to watch my back."
"One man, who doesn't trust you." Kirk said raising his finger as he stopped walking. He placed a hand on Solanine's shoulder with a grin. "I trust you enough, until you give me a reason not to. But I think I have a solution to our trust problem." He said, his grin widening.
"No."
"Oh come on! It wouldn't be the first time!"
"I said no!"
Kirk sighed. "Look James, we need to work together with this pretty lady, and what better way to build trust, than with coatis?" He said, looking back at the lovely woman before him. "We could have a proper threesome. The two of us, the one of you, locked in a hot sweaty dance. I'm down right now if you are." He said with a grin. "I promise it will be a lot of fun!"
Solanine looked back and forth at them as they argued, and then it became quite apparent to what Kirk had been instigating. She laughed at that, and shook her head, a wry grin on her lips, "Is that the only thing you think about?"
At his answer, she smirked and winked at him before saying, "I don't think the two of you can handle me, and obviously James is against it..." She shrugged, as if to say it ain't my problem, and then turned to smirk at James, saying, "Obviously James knows when he can't handle something. Plus, once you have me, you'll be addicted, and keeping coming back for more..." She turns away, before saying over her shoulder, "If you two do come to an agreement on that, let me know. My bed is big enough for the three of us."
She left the two arguing about it, a smirk still on her lips as she reached her motorcycle and swung her leg over, sitting there for a moment to check her phone and grab her helmet.
Kirk gave a mock look of offense at her words. "Of course not! I like swords too!" Kirk said with a laugh. "I was just looking for some action last night and I didn't find any. So I'm still looking!" He said teasing her. "And I think James could really use it right now anyway, he's way too damn tense over this mission."
.
Kirk looked offended when she said they couldn't handle her, and the look on his face implied that he was taking that as a challenge, but he didn't say anything just yet.
.
"Ya! Thats exactly my point!" James called out after her frustrated. This was a losing battle, there was no way he was going to convince either of them to try something else. Ah well, at least it'd be a fun way to loose his sanity. "I'm tellibg you. This is a terrible idea." He said to Kirk.
Kirk just rolled his eyes. "Oh relax will you? If you dislike her that much just deep throat her real good, I'm sure she'll fall in line real quick then." He teased James and smacked him on the shoulder before running after Solanine.
"Hey, wait up, got room for one more?" He said hurrying over to her. "I appreciate you taking time out of your day for some trust exercises. I'm sure we'll get along very well." He said smirking.
James walked up behind him, shaking his head. "So, your place? I'd feel more comfortable if we invited you over to ours, but it's your choice. I just need your street address if that's the way we're going."
Solanine looked over her shoulder as Kirk ran up, and under her legs, the motorcycle rumbled loudly, as if in protest. Solanine ran a hand over the handlebars, soothing the great beast, and said quietly, "Behave yourself Eredin. I don't think he's a threat, and if he does turn into one, I promise to let you eat him in your other form." Kirk heard the last part of that remark, and she smirked at him and scooted forward, leaving him enough room behind her for him to mount up. Eredin grumbled, but settled under her as he got on, and she waved her hand, a large black and red helmet appearing out of thin air for Kirk.
"Safety first, and all that. I don't mind going to yours, although does this mean you're going to be joining in on the fun?" Although she directed the question towards James, she leaned back into Kirk, and then lifted her head to look back at Kirk, "Guess he does want a piece of me... or maybe to fuck me into submission?"
At his response, she laughed and revved the engine, the large motorcycle under her purring in response, before saluting James cheekily, and taking off, causing Kirk to jolt before he snuggled up against her.
He suddenly heard her voice in his helmet, "Keep your hands in appropriate places Kirk! No distracting the driver! Where are we going?"
Kirk raised an eye brow at the helmet. Even if he were to fall off at a hundred miles an hour, he wouldn't need it. He shrugged however, and took it to appease the lovely lady, and slid on behind.
"Of course I'm joining in on the fun, someone's got to look out for this dingus here." He said flicking Kirk's helmet.
Kirk laughed at her comment. "Wouldn't be the first time he's done it. There was this one time with a goddess, you had to be there, luckily I had front row seats. He's not much of a fighter but man was that impressive."
He held on tight, grinning at the force underneath them. "You're lucky we're on a bike," he said, his hands teasingly sliding up her chest but not high enough to grope her. "If we were in a car it would have already been too late!" He teased her. "Let's go to your place, see if you can beat James there although I already know you won't." He said with a laugh. "I bet you'll feel more comfortable on your own turf."
.
Sure enough, by the time they arrived back at her place, James was already standing outside on the sidewalk, looking bored as he looked up at them approach. "Well it's about time you guys showed up." He said, "I thought motorcycles were supposed to be fast?" He said, the slightest hint of a grin on his face. There was no vehicle around, he clearly hadn't driven here. "Anyway, let's hurry up and get inside, I just realized it's been awhile since I've had a good lay."
Solanine grinned under the helmet, and let her beast fly. Sure enough though, by the time they made it back to her home, James was waiting on the street for them. She narrowed her eyes at him, wondering how he had found her place, which was under a strict glamour. She parked her motorcycle in the driveway, and let Kirk dismount first, his helmet seemingly disappearing into a smoky mess that blew away with the wind. She smiled and then dismounted herself, running a hand on the seat of the bike, Eredin growling happily, before the motorcycle headed up the drive way.
"What do you see?" She turned to the two males as she gestured towards the house in question. She wanted to know if her glamour was still holding or if she would have to reset it. After they answered, she smirked. It wasn't perfect, but it would do for now. She reached up and pecked Kirk on the cheek, letting her magic slid into him through that tiny touch, and he could feel it sliding down his spine like a warm caress, before he could suddenly see her large house.
She turned to James, and sighed. "I'm going to lift the glamour for you. Is that okay?"
"A small white cottage." The two men said in unison, as the glanced at the house and back at her.
"Jinx you owe me a soda." blurted Kirk soon after.
"Dammit." James cursed, seemingly more upset that he owed Kirk a soda than the juvenile behavior.
"Ha!"
.
Kirk smiled as she picked him on the cheek, and shivered as the magic went through him. "Ooh, tingly. Oh wow, that's a big house. Holy cow. No way you're affording that on a cop's salary!"
.
James glanced at the house and then back at her. "Ya, that's fine, but when we get inside, I'm requesting that you lift the glamour on yourself as well. If we're going to fuck, i want to see the real you." He said, and leaned over to allow her access to his cheek.
Solanine's smile froze on her face, as he asked her to remove her glamours. She knew they knew she had glamoured herself, but she wasn't sure if she was ready to let them in, at least so far into her personal life. Decisions decisions... She shook her head and lifted up, placing a tingling kiss on his cheek as well, before going back down from her toes. She turned to look at her large ivy covered house, and grinned.
Kirk was right, she didn't get that on her cop's salary, and although she was disgraced from her mother's court, she was still given a yearly stipend from the court, to spend as she saw fit. The house and land had been expensive, but it had been built over a large powerful Ley line, and was home to a couple Dryads that were older than the city itself. As long as she promised to protect their home and land, they promised to protect her and the house.
She led the way up the driveway, catching sight of Eredin as he drove into the garage at the side of the house. She smiled, and then opened the door, letting them into the spacious entry way. As the door shut behind them, she took a deep breath, and then stretched, some of her glamours melting away, as her true form came into view. She didn't release all of them, last thing she needed was them staring at her with pity, or distaste. Large black wings stretched out, from above her head to her knees, silvery purple swirls appearing in random patterns. The wings were Butterfly in appearance, except the long tails were sharp black bony spikes, for use in defense. Her curly black hair turned dark purple, littering under the entry way lights as if someone had poured the night sky onto her hair. She grinned, revealing canines much sharper than before, and on the right side of her face, her family crest appeared in light purple lines, a cobra entwined with thorny ivy, marking her as a high Fae.
"Happy?" She asked James, knowing he would realize she was exactly what he had warned Kirk about, but not caring one bit. She also knew he could tell she hadn't released all the glamour on her body, but again, she didn't care what he thought about her, she wasn't going to let complete strangers see the dirty broken parts of her. Even if they were cute.
Kirk let out a low whistle as they walked inside. "Impressive." He said, but James looked about suspiciously. This was far too nice of a house.
As her glamour slowly faded, the family mark was revealed, and his eyes widened. "I told you! She's a noble!"
"So you mean we get to have sex with a princess?!" Kirk responded excitedly.
James could only stare dumbfounded. He had lost. This was the end for him. "Alright. Fine." He said, and unzipped his hoodie and tossed it onto the banister. "Let's fuck the princess Mario."
Kirk grinned, and walked up to Solanine, unzipping his hoodie and tossing it perfectly next to James' hoodie, before gently taking her face in his hands and kissing her softly on the lips. He let his mouth linger, making soft movements, before pulling back. "I've been waiting too long to do that..." He said with a smile, his hands sliding down to her sides as he pulled her close. "Do you have any preferences to how we should start?"
.
James was already pulling off his long sleeve shirt, but slung it over his shoulder, revealing a well chiseled runner's chest, and the strange metal chain around his neck. His face looked disinterested, but a large lump in his pants told another story.
"Scared James?" She asked as he stared at her dumbfounded. She shook her head, then grinned as he finally gave in. As both males took their hoodies off, she removed her jacket, revealing her tank, and shoulder holster. She was in the process of removing that when Kirk stepped up and took her face into his hands. She lifted it up, as he began to kiss her softly, the tip of her tongue peeking out and tasting his as he pulled away. At his words, she smiled softly, and said, "Amazingly so have I."
As he pulled her closer, she allowed her hands to run up his arms, and then shook her head in answer to his question. She had actually never done this before... Sure she had experience in the bedroom department, but she had never taken two lovers at the same time. This was going to be a steep learning curve.
She lifted her hand for Kirk to take as she turned away from him to lead him up the large steps. Turning towards James, she lifted her other hand in his direction, her eyebrow arched delicately in a challenge. Would he take her hand, she though the herself.
She led the two men up the steps to the second floor, down the hall, past two closed doors, to the end of the hallway, a set of French doors, which opened into her master bedroom. The large and airy room had a couch on one side, facing a massive fireplace, which sprang to life as they walked through the doors. A television sat over the mantle. On the other side of the room, sat a large 4-poster California King bed. The posts on the corner were carver to resemble tree trunks, but it was made of a black metal. White gauzy curtains wrapped around the tops of them, and fell down, partially obscuring the bed to them. She released the two of them, and then turned, walking backwards as she watched them, her own hands pulling off holster completely and placing it in the bedside table, locking it in.
"So, am I going to have to undress myself, or are you two going to help?"
Both men kicked off their matching sneakers and pealed off their socks before taking her hand, eager to follow her to her bedroom.
James nodded, and took her hand, kissing it even and bowing slightly. "Right away your majesty." He said in a teasing tone.
Kirk once again let out a low whistle as they walked into her bedroom. "Dude, we should just move in with her, this is way nice than our apartment." He said, removing his shirt as james had already tossed his away.
.
"Say no more." James said as he walked over, and pulled up her tank top, stealing a kiss after he was done. "You have lovely hair, why hide it under the veil?" He said, and worked her bra off carefully as his lips found her neck.
.
Kirk reached for her belt, removing it thoroughly from her pants before working the button and sliding them down off her legs. He smiled at the sight of her panties, and pulled the pants all the way off. "We'll save those for last." He said as his hands slid up her legs.
Solanine lifted her arms to help James rid her of her tank top. She grinned as he stole a kiss from her that was way too short for her liking. She smiled softly as he complemented her hair, and raised a hand to it, playing her fingers through some of the strands.
"It's just easier to keep it under wraps. Plus, keeps the goons my mother keeps sending after me from actually finding me." she answered, as he slid her silvery bra off her, letting her large breasts free. Milky white skin with blush-colored areolas, the nipples tightened in arousal. She curved her head away from James as he began to kiss down her neck, and almost tripped as Kirk pulled her tight blue jeans down and off her legs. She lifted each foot as he removed her pants, and then widened her stance as it became apparent that he wasn't going to touch her panties just yet.
His hands slid up her long smooth legs, although if he paid attention, he'd be able to tell there was a slight difference in texture between the front of her legs, and the back of them. She sighed at their touch, and then started her own undressing, working on James' pants first, loosening them, and then pushing them down over his hips. Her hands slid up his chest, lightly scratching with her nails as she twisted her head towards Kirk, searching for a kiss.
