Main part is a men's hospital for the super rich.
The other part is a medical school. What teaches more than medical needs.
Third part is underground it has a prison what's used to bring or sell slaves. Rarely used.
Fourth part is used as night is for pleasure time for patients and male staff. You name it to turn someone on it can be found there.
Fifth area lab, machines, medication are created there for sexual purposes as well as the normal things found in a hospital.
