Companions and Councillors

Sigrid Orndottir: a friend of Pyrrhus since they were kids. A skald from Skeio, she fights alongside him and his other companions, occasionally sharing his bed. Currently serving his his housecarl and the Warden of the kingdom.

Bjarne: long term friend of Pyrrhus, roguish type and currently serving as Spymaster.

Amund: another friend of Pyrrhus since childhood, a cleric of Thor and serving as Councillor.

Frodi: long serving cleric of the Aesir, spiritual guide for the village of Skeio and currently serving as High Priest.

Ottkatla: self-made merchant from Skeio, currently working as Treasurer.

Erik: leader of the raiders from Skeio, currently serving as General.

Rusilka Stormrock: niece of Thonmore and a paladin from Khol-Durahl. Helped to restore and will be working the dwarven forge. Is a casual lover of Pyrrhus and now serves as Magister.

Amora: sister of Jarl Agnar of Hafragil. A casual lover of Pyrrhus and now serving as Marshal on his council.

Varin: senior amongst the elders of Skeio, who looked after village affairs prior to Pyrrhus' ascension. Due to them siding against him at the moot, Varin and the others were initially largely ostracised from Skeio politics. However after speaking with Pyrrhus he has taken up the role temporarily as High Diplomat.

Beinir: one of the older veteran warriors from Landemot. Proved himself in a one on one duel with Pyrrhus and was spared after the Jarl's victory. He was given the rank of enforcer to help keep the peace while Landemot was absorbed into Pyrrhus' domain,

Other characters

Byleist: mysterious figure who tried to disturb the kingsmoot where Pyrrhus was crowned, vanished under strange circumstances but swore they'd see one another again.

Ashild: fisherman's daughter that Pyrrhus had a brief liaison with. Has now taken up a role within Pyrrhus' household.

Gustav: one of the raiders from Skeio, originally stood against Pyrrhus in the kingsmoot. He took up the role of Marshal temporarily in Pyrrhus' first year as Jarl and then stepped aside to serve as Amora's second.

Waltheof Ulvkilsson: the previous Jarl of Landemot. Agreed to a quiet retirement in his twilight years after losing the village to Pyrrhus.

Ragna Waltheofdotta: daughter of Jarl Waltheof. She is currently unwed and governing Landemot, has slept with Pyrrhus casually.

Thonmor Stormrock: dwarven historian from the settlement of Khol-Durahl, located on the smaller island of Strond. Currently residing in Skeio as part of the efforts to restore the ancient dwarven forge.

Lady Sabrina Vandra: court mage from the Kingdom of Thouvia. Visited Strond to help cleanse the dwarven forge and was briefly charmed by Pyrrhus while sleeping together. She revealed she has an interest in his magical powers and even requested his blood to study. Currently she agreed to try and help Pyrrhus from afar while serving in the Thouvian court.

Agnar: the current Jarl of Hafragil. Currently neutral towards Pyrrhus but with the intention of deepening ties between the territories.

Eyvald: son of Agnar.
