Five thousand years ago a world wide catastrophe occurred, but no-one remembers what the Catastrophe was, as that history was lost a long time ago, but what they have discovered is that whatever happened so long ago, changed their genetics allowing them to be able to tame and capture the Pokemon and Monsters that roam their lands, and in order for them to survive in this world, they came up with a term to call themselves Summoners, which describes those who are able to tame and capture these species, with great and mighty powers and abilities. Allowing them to explore their lands and journey across their world, and in order for them to do this more easily they started to open up Guilds, and certain Professors give Starter Monsters and Pokemon to new Summoners who are just starting their Journey. Though even the Professors don't know what happened in their lost History, they do know whatever happened, caused them to be able to tame and capture these creatures, but also discovered that at birth Summoners are destined to tame and capture Pokemon and Monsters of only a certain Type, depending on the Crest or Crests they are born with, as Summoners will either be born with One Crest or Two Crests.

Summoners are those who explore the world taming and capturing Pokemon and Monsters in order to survive in this world of ours. Though Summoners are able to tame and capture Pokemon and Monsters the way they do this is a little complicated and limited depending on the Summoners Crest. From the day they are born a crest appears on the back of their hands, ultimately determining the types of Pokemon and Monsters they are able to tame and capture, most Summoners only have one type, while some have two types. Both Pokemon and Monsters have mostly the same types for their species, except one for each, Monsters have Light Types, while Pokemon have Fairy Types, and neither of these can be found in the other species Typing. Thus those who gain only Fairy or Light Type as a Crest, can only capture a Pokemon or Monster of those Types. Thus limiting them more so than normal Summoners, making is so that a Summoner with the Fairy Crest can only capture Pokemon of the Fairy Typing, while those born with the Light Type can only capture Monsters of the Light Typing. However, there is a rare occasion that someone could be born with both the Light and Fairy Type, but would only be limited to those two Types and Species, while Summoners with any other Type would be able to capture Pokemon and Monsters of those Types, giving them a bigger advantage than others, but those born with two Types of the others have even bigger advantage as they would be able to capture Pokemon and Monsters of both Typing's.
They say Summoning was discovered Five Thousand Years ago, but as more and more information was discovered, they still couldn't figure out how or why we were able to tame and capture these Pokemon and Monsters, then summon them for battle to protect ourselves from other threats, threats being other Summoners, Pokemon, and Monsters. Though as our world progressed, Guilds were soon formed to give work to Summoners and placed them in rankings, depending on their popularity and the number of work they had done for the Guilds and Community. Eventually, some scientists came up with theories on why we were able to do these things, and believed that five thousand years ago, something happened that changed our genetics and caused us to be able to tame and capture Pokemon and Monsters, thus giving us a way to protect ourselves. However, what they don't understand is why, certain Summoners are only born with one Crest, while others are born with two Crests, or why we are only allowed to tame and capture those with only the Crests that we are born with. There was one professor who had managed to tame, but not capture multiple of different types of Monsters and Pokemon, at least one of each type, then started to give them to new Summoners who were starting their adventure, his reason was that our bodies were still evolving and believes that we'll experience even more changes over the years besides just being able to tame and capture these Monsters and Pokemon, and eventually it became a law that all new Summoners would receive their Starter Monster or Pokemon from a Professor in order to join a Guild and start their Journey.
The laws state that in order to join a Guild and start your Journey, you must first head to the Professor's Lab to receive your Starter Monster or Pokemon. If you have one Crest you will only be able to choose one Starter from either the Pokemon or Monster that matches your crest, but if you were born with two Crests, then you're allowed to receive both one Pokemon and one Monster that matches one of each of your Crests. After receiving your Starters, you're allowed to join a Guild, and start your journey, and being apart of a Guild allows Summoners to be able to do more and accomplish more than what they would be able to if they were to attempt to go on their own. Gijinka's - Just like pokemon they do level up like pokemon do when doing battle. Unlike pokemon they don't get the choice on whether they evolve or not, their evolutions, however, are exactly like the other Hybrids, however a Pokemon is required to evolve, they too have to meet those conditions to evolve: when they reach a certain level, hold an Item, marry, touch a stone, level up in a certain location, etc. Unlike Pokemon, they don't have a limited number of moves and abilities, instead they will have be able to learn all moves and have all abilities, unlike pokemon that only have one ability and four moves, and Gijinka's are able to transform into their pokemon counter parts at will. Also, Evolution and transformation for them is also painful just like the pokemorphs. Gijinka's are about the same size as their pokemon counter part, and are born from eggs. Gijinka's appear human with pokemon features.
Pokemorph's - Just like Pokemon and Gijinka's they do level up when they battle, but unlike Gijinka's they get the choice on weather they get to evolve or not. Evolution and Transformation is very painful for them as well just like the other hybrids. Also just like the Gijinka's a Pokemorph's have all Abilities their pokemon counter part has and can learn all moves they can learn. Pokemorph's appear to be anthropomorphic pokemon and they have two sizes depending on if they are born from eggs or as a baby, if born from a pokemon, hybrids, or human as an egg, they will be about the same size as their pokemon counter parts. If born as a baby from Human sized Hybrids or Humans they will be about the same size as a human sized hybrid.
