I'll be honest. Many great contenders on the list, but nothing has ever gotten so close to heart for me than the soundtrack of Ori and the Blind Forest.

It also has the privilage of being one of the first games that ever made me super emotional in the beginning scene of the game itself.

Hmmm...several come to mind (in no particular order):

Mass Effect: Andromeda - for the slow start, the building of weight and tempo, into the fanfare...then the sudden cut to the emptiness and hope of exploring the unknown.

Dragon Age: Inquisition - for the slow and dynamic lull of a peaceful choral that breaks into a heavy and thumping rhythm that draws into a grand swell of hope and promise mixed with the weight of decisions.

Horizon: Zero Dawn - for the slow and haunting melody of loss and emptiness combined with the hope of light.
