Banned/Underage ranks

It's come to my attention that a few of the users I've been weeding out have been engaged in RPs, leaving their partners hanging wondering what happened. In an effort to alleviate this, I'm currently marking all banned users with special ranks denoting their status.

Additional note: If I find out anyone is not immediately reporting users evading bans that they have knowledge of, I will be Very Displeased.
