Currently does not utilize fighting styles, can wield a small switchblade as defense, and can use handguns of any sort.

EDIT: Per chapter 1/2 Naomi now has vampire abilities such as speed and enhanced sight. She has better control over her emotions and may appear stoic. She also has increased balance.

Naomi can now wield a Compound bow. she favors boots with hidden blades in them.

She also has a firm grasp of combat fighting.

One "gift" she received from becoming a vampire was the ability to create fire with the snap of her finger.

BACKGROUND: ​

Naomi's early years were marked by abandonment and a struggle for survival. Born on the outskirts of the city, she was left as a baby at a fire station and subsequently raised in an orphanage. Life in the orphanage provided her with essential life skills and eventually led her to secure a job as a city mail carrier. It was during this time that she met her first and only love, and together they dreamed of breaking free from their circumstances and finding a place of their own.
Tragedy struck one fateful night when Naomi found herself caught in a dangerous situation. Desperate to find a safe haven before curfew, she sought refuge with an elderly woman who unknowingly turned out to be a Familiar, working in the service of a master vampire. Naomi fell victim to a sudden transformation, and the struggle to control her newfound vampiric nature began.

In a horrifying turn of events, Naomi, driven by hunger and unaware of her condition, attacked and killed her beloved boyfriend as he returned home from work. Overwhelmed by guilt and illness, she ventured into the streets, seeking help from the Hunters, fully aware of the dire consequences she faced as a vampire. Proving her worth by presenting the Hunter Mark, she was reluctantly granted a trial membership in the guild.

Currently, Naomi works within the guild under the watchful eyes of several hunters. While she grapples with the internal turmoil caused by her vampiric nature and the loss of her loved one, she strives to contribute to the Hunters' cause to the best of her abilities. However, her reliance on A-300, a synthetic blood substitute, poses its own set of challenges, as her first taste of blood came from her now deceased boyfriend. This unfortunate circumstance leaves her grappling with both physical and emotional issues, but she remains determined to assist her fellow hunters in their fight against the forces of darkness.

As her journey progresses into Chapter 2, Naomi's tragic past continues to haunt her. Her boyfriend, once an aspiring investigator delving into the origins of ferals plaguing the city, becomes an unexpected threat in her life. When she encounters him again, transformed into a feral himself, she is forced to engage in a heartbreaking and violent confrontation, ultimately having to take his life once more. The events leave her emotionally shaken, yet fate intercedes as she crosses paths with Jonah, a fellow hunter who initially mistakes her for a feral. This twist of fate adds a layer of karma to her already tumultuous journey.

Furthermore, Naomi's mysterious past unfolds to reveal that her parents were part of a disturbing experiment. Injected with the vampire virus during her mother's pregnancy, Naomi was the unwitting subject of this needless study. As a result, her memories prior to the age of 16 have been completely wiped away, leaving her with only fragmented recollections of her life in the orphanage. This vulnerability becomes a weapon when Fiona, a clone of Erra, manipulates Naomi's amnesia to escape Earth and embark on a mission to Mars, leaving Naomi as an unwitting scapegoat.

Naomi's character development showcases resilience, determination, and an ongoing battle with her internal demons. Her journey is fraught with emotional and physical struggles, providing ample opportunities for growth and overcoming her limitations. Through her experiences, she continues to evolve as a complex and relatable character, driven by a desire for redemption and a longing to find her true identity.

CAREER:
Before her change, Naomi worked as a mail carrier and saw many locations within Arcadia. Naomi currently doesn't work another job as her sleeping schedule is typical of a vampire. She sleeps during the day and then works on missions at night.

PERSONALITY UNDER PRESSURE:

1. Lack of combat skills: Despite her determination and resourcefulness, Naomi may struggle in combat situations. As a newly turned vampire, she may not have fully developed her physical abilities and fighting techniques. This weakness can create tension and challenge her as she learns to defend herself and adapt to the dangerous world she's now a part of.
2. Emotional vulnerability: Naomi's traumatic experiences, including accidentally killing her boyfriend and the memory loss of her early life, can leave her emotionally vulnerable. She may struggle with guilt, fear, and self-doubt, which can make her hesitant or emotionally reactive in certain situations. This weakness can be explored to showcase her emotional growth and resilience over time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

It should be noted to keep with the RP that even though Naomi is a vampire at the start of the story, her eyesight has not improved. She will still have challenges where she will be unable to see at night due to astigmatism, while her eyesight is not the best, she can see short distances, but distance is a challenge. She only wears glasses at home or when reading.

Naomi loves deeply, before she was turned into a vampire she was in a very serious relationship of 2 years.

Being a mail carrier was Naomi's only job.

( Kade wears a disguise when on hunts, this is the Orange jacket and helmet. He feels this will help him track down the vampire who killed his wife. The helmet has the Hunt status and additional scanners to ensure max success. )

Improvided weapons(anything he can get his hands on). He keeps a flask of holy water to douse anything he finds to make it more effective.

SMALL BACKGROUND:
Kade grew up in the Corporation park area of Arcadia. He attended prestigious schools and did very well in his studies. However as a child, he was picked on due to his academic success. Picked on and bully only led to a life of anger and frustration through grade school and high, school. Fortunately his anger and frustration were short-lived as his father enrolled him in boxing, where he found his passion. Carrying this passion into adulthood, he opened his own training center, Harlow Training. At the age of 20, he met Estella, a young corporate executive. She was rising to the top of Arcadia's most prominent medical company, Arch Medical-- this company dealt with Ai technology and gene splicing.

Excited about their new life, Kade and Estella married and started their family. However, at the age of 25, Kade became a widower.

One night, Estella was running late from work. Kade decided to meet her in the Lobby of Arch Medical to walk her back to their home, fearing her safety as it was past curfew. On their way home, they encountered a Creator Vampire who, hungry and near death, attacked them and took Estella's life. Kade launched into a fury, but the vampire got away by transforming into a mist.

Worried for his daughter's safety, Kade moved her into his parent's home, who continued to look after her in a high-security compound in Arcadia. (To comply with BMR rules, the daughter will not be present, only mentioned rarely.)

Kade rarely mentions his daughter as he is trying to protect her identity, but it may slip up if he drinks, or has flashbacks of Estella's death.

Kade still has not found the vampire who killed his wife. He has faced many enemies, even those trying to rid him of the Hunter mark. He proudly wears those scars.

CAREER:
Fitness/ boxing instructor.

PERSONALITY UNDER PRESSURE:
Kade is cool under pressure. He can channel his frustration into power and finds it easy to snap out of negative or bad behavior.

PERSONALITY IN CALM SITUATIONS:
Kade is empathetic, considerate, and critical in his calm state. He will always be in "crisis mode" in every situation and can often seem distant and unapproachable.

ANIMAL COMPANION:
Silver Lab named Pepper.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Kade carries the mark of the Hunter on his left arm. However, after a fight with one of the vampires, a portion of that mark was removed by force. Still, he was allowed to stay in the guild because it was done on a mission, not self-inflicted.

Despite Kade's "unapproachable" presence, he still has excellent relationships with those around them and puts effort into them to ensure their strength.

He often pushes the laws and does not see a problem with bending them to fit his needs.

Kade's weakness is his daughter, who currently lives with her grandparents.

He has 1 augmentation. His right arm is completely mechanical and blessed to ensure the optimum impact on vampires. This decision he made is not the cause of a recent conflict.

Kade still wears his wedding ring and often fidgets with it in tense situations.

Kade loves his dog and ensures that Pepper is well-trained and helpful on missions.

Kade is open to new romantic relationships. However, he knows this may be difficult due to his past and his current position as a Hunter.

He enjoys the occasional alcoholic drink at Widows Peak.​
