⊹ . * ◦ ABOUT ME ◦ * . ⊹
♧ I live within the Eastern Standard Time Zone, but my schedule is a little wonky currently. I suffer from long-covid symptoms, the main ones being fatigue and brain fog. Because I work full time, this usually takes a bit out of me and I am tired very often. Because of this, I have set myself on a reply schedule so I do not overwhelm myself and overwork myself. This means that I only reply on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Please do not expect roleplay replies on other days, but I do my best to reply to OOC chatter asap.
♧ I am a multi-paragraphical roleplayer and I identify as advanced to novella literate, my replies usually range from 1.2k-3k words. I'm incredibly detailed and I love long replies, and while I don't expect you to match my length every single time, I will get bored if I'm met with 1-2 paragraphs compared to my 6-12 paragraphs. Here you can find my writing sample.
♧ I will never bother you for replies, and I am completely ghost-friendly. If you aren't feeling the roleplay, or you simply need to step back I will completely understand, you don't even need to let me know. Ghosting isn't a super big deal for me, so if you just don't want to roleplay with me anymore but you're feeling too anxious feel free to dip!
♧ I enjoy writing sex scenes, it's something I like having in the roleplay but I do prefer the relationship to be at least semi-slow-burn. The occasional sex scene is the cherry on top for me and not something that the story should be building towards. Occasional is the word to remember. I love story and plot, character development is what I crave! So yes, there will be smut and I expect my partners to want to write/be interested in smut but please do not make it the entirety of the roleplay. However, there is some content that I refuse to roleplay listed below.
♧ I can use realistic/real-life face-claims, or animated/drawn. I heavily prefer that we have face-claims, so please do prepare to use them with me, I'm a very visual person!
♧ As heartbreaking as it is for me to have to mention this, I am only looking for roleplay partners and friendship. Do NOT flirt with me, I'll block you so fast. Just because our roleplay characters have a romantic relationship does not mean I have feelings for you. Do not use pet names with me OORP either, as it makes me incredibly uncomfortable.
♧ I don't have Discord, and I will probably never want to move there for OORP chatter, everything will be kept on site, please.

♧ Detailed plotting is a must. I hate just jumping into roleplays with no plotting and headcanoning beforehand, it's a quick way for me to lose interest. I really want to smooth out all the kinks before we get into the story so there's no confusion later on. Plus I love fangirling over our characters, ehe!
♧ Descriptive first messages are the best way to grab my attention! I hate opening my messages and just seeing stuff like 'Wanna rp?' Like what happened to hello? How are you? If your message doesn't have any substance to it, I'll just ignore it and delete it from my inbox because it just gives me the impression that talking to you is going to be like talking to a brick wall. Tell me about your writing style, what caught your attention, any ideas you liked from my request thread or any ideas of your own! Put some effort into your first message!
♧ I appreciate communication! Don't like something my character did? Think you want to change some things up on the plot while we're in the middle of roleplaying? Let me know, I'm super flexible and I would hate for anyone to feel like they can't come to me about these things.

YC, a widower, had given up on love long ago. But with the booming success of his company, he knew he'd need an heir to continue his legacy, which meant he'd need a wife. Entering a contractual marriage with a young woman, her family happy to send her away to some man they'd never met before, MC, they get married and begin their life together. MC is shy, timid, and unsure of how to be a wife while YC is surprised at how young she is making him feel. Slowly, the two open up and begin a loving marriage neither of them expected.

[ Victorian Era, Vampires, Dark Romance | YC has been hired to do a painting of MC, and has settled on making her his next meal. ]
YC is a renowned painter that is able to paint strikingly realistic pieces, each canvas full of emotion and each stroke telling a story. Despite his fame, there is a scandal surrounding him. Many of his past clients have ended up dead after their paintings are done, and despite many thinking it's YC there's no evidence pointing towards him. MC has been obsessed with YC's paintings for quite some time, and when her parents decide to surprise her with a special portrait of herself dawned in her nicest clothing for her twentieth birthday, she immediately insists that YC is the one to do it, despite the scandal. Surprisingly, YC agrees to do the painting under the condition that he and his subject are to be left completely alone or he cannot work properly. As the days go by, MC begins to notice something off but cannot put her finger on it. Soon, the two are playing a game of cat and mouse blurring the lines between seduction and fear.

[ Early 2000s, Age Difference, Romance | YC has been released from prison after being proved innocent after all these years and finds himself wandering the wintery streets of a random small town. Entering a late-diner, he encounters MC. ]
YC was arrested, falsely accused, and framed for the murder of his own mother, and sentenced away in federal prison for the rest of his life. That is, until it comes to light that he was framed and is released from prison. Wanting nothing more than to avoid the unwanted attention from the press, YC hops on the bus and gets off on the first stop he deems far enough, which happens to be a little town. It's the winter, and with not much to his name YC decides to shack up to beat the cold in a little cozy diner, meeting MC. MC is a young girl who's only dream is to publish her books, but works full-time at a diner in the middle of no where with really nothing to her name. When YC comes in, obviously new to town, she's intrigued and with it being obvious he also doesn't have much to his name, she decides to pay for his coffee for him. He's not talkative, but he's the only one there and MC essentially forces the two of them to chat and interact. After a couple of hours, the diner closes and MC sends YC on his way with a nice cup of joe to-go. Locking up and walking down the street to her apartment, MC comes across YC on a bench, unsure of where to go, and against her better judgment convinces him he can crash on her couch. MC is determined to help YC out, attraction building as the two slowly begin to live and work together, MC also getting YC a job at her diner as a line cook.

[ Medieval Era, Werewolf, Romance | MC, the Princess of her Kingdom, is offered as a sacrifice to YC, the werewolf King of a neighboring country. ]
MC had a peaceful childhood, a Princess who was raised to be respectful and tactful, kind yet stern. She was raised for greatness but was now being tossed aside like chopped liver. After going to war with YC's kingdom, MC's kingdom began to lose terribly to the wolf attacks sent by YC. Believed to have bewitched the wolves in order to do his bidding, MC's kingdom came with the idea of sacrificing their young Princess to the wolves in order to stop the war, begging the brutal killings of their civilians and knights to stop. They dawned their pretty Princess in the brightest of reds, much like the blood that the wolves craved so much, and tied her to a beam in the middle of their nearest town- an offering. But what they didn't know is that YC and his men were a kingdom of werewolves, and while a wolf craves blood, a werewolf is still a man. And a pretty little Princess dressed in his favourite colour is another thing.
The Blood Debt ◦ * . ⊹
[ Medieval Era, Vampires, Dark Romance | YC, a strong and clever vampire, has taken MC's father as a blood slave due to debt. MC runs after her father, trudging into his castle and demands they switch places. YC accepts. ]
YC use to be a very powerful, and feared vampire. For his thousands of years of living, he'd grown quite the reputation. However, after the war and peace settled between humans and vampires, this reputation does him no good now. Being forced to buy blood from modernized blood banks for the protection of humans. YC feels humiliated and enraged by the human race and opts to start tricking humans into blood debt via gambling in order to get blood. A way for him to feel like he's still in control, there are no laws against that after all. MC's father is a terrible drunk, and awful at gambling and gambles his life away to Muse A's coven while drunk one night. Arriving at the tavern to pick her drunken father up, MC witnesses a gaggle of vampires whisking her father away into the forest and follows them directly into their home and coven, in which she is confronted by YC for stupidly stepping into his territory. MC, knowing YC would not allow both of them to leave, offers to take her father's place in debt so he could be let free. YC accepts this offer, drunkard blood doesn't taste all that good anyway. But the blood of a pure virgin? Well, that's a different story.
Southern Moonlight ◦ * . ⊹
[ Modern Era, Age Difference, Werewolf, Romance | MC moves back home south after her father passes and is inherited her childhood home, where she meets YC who's been his neighbor. MC starts noticing weird things around town until she's cornered one night by a werewolf and saved by YC, the alpha. ]
At heart, MC is a southern girl. Of course, when this southern girl got bullied for having big city dreams she knew she had to leave in order to fight tooth and nail for those dreams. And so she did, moved to the city, and became successful. She hadn't even thought about going back home until she was called, news of her father's death making its way back to her and suddenly now she's packing up and moving back home in a wave of grief now that she has ownership of her childhood home. That's where she meets YC, her father's neighbor and a good friend who was sad to see him go. He offers comfort to MC, which she appreciates but she can't help but find something weird going on in her old town. Things she didn't notice when she was a child, like the howls of wolves at night and the weird over-protective feeling she gets from YC. Things take a turn when MC is pursued and eventually cornered by a cocky werewolf one night who just has to get his hands on a beauty like her, sure she's going to die after watching this man shift into a wolf after she kicks him in the groin. Before the situation gets worse, YC is there to save MC, claiming that she is his fated mate and would rather die than let some filthy scum like him lay a hand on her.
