Some add-ons to this can include that YC withheld that the pill will also cause the user to change mentally, possibly becoming a bit more like a bimbo or having a stronger sex drive. It could even include that YC is able to change MC's memories and personality just by telling MC who they are now. (Like, "Your name is Meagan and you love me more than anything in the world.") Another add-on could be that the pill changes me into your ex-wife or ex-girlfriend or MC's ex-wife or ex-girlfriend or MC's sister. Someone we both knew or know.
ENCHANTED NECKLACE
This can be fun to play as being like seniors in high school. MC is sleeping over at YC's house (or vice versa) and YC has an amulet that is a family heirloom that supposedly will turn whoever wore it into the person who last wore a piece of clothing that the user also puts on. In this scene, it could be MC wearing a piece of clothing stolen from a cute girl from school or something similar.
FAMILY CURSE
MC finds out that his family was cursed a long time ago and that when the men of the family turn a certain age (say 25) the spend each full moon after that as a female version of themselves. Having sex prolongs the effect and getting pregnant can make it permanent, and it just so happens that MC's female alter ego has a very high sex drive.
THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY
YC works for a tech firm that is developing nanotechnology that allows the user to become a completely new person by re-writing their DNA and also then re-writing their bone structure and organs. The technology has not been approved for human trials, but you are convinced it will work and are obsessed with taking it to the next level, so you use it on me. I could be your friend or roommate or brother-in-law or just sort of a bumbling employee.
