Stretching out his legs over the edge of the couch, Ein took in a deep breath and ran a hand threw his dark brown longish hair, blowing a bit out of his face as he exhaled. Glancing at the clock, he wished he could speed it up so she'd get here sooner, like it or not, today had been rather boring and Ein was looking forward to his expected company. In spite of himself, he smiled, it had been a little while since they had hung out just the the of them, it would be fun.

Ein wasn't a tall boy, not short either, but definitely not tall. His body build was fairly lithe, being quite skinny, and even if he was strong, his muscles were lean enough not to show. Most notable however, and a cause of great self consciousness for him however, were his eyes. One was a vivid blue, which was fine, but the other, it did not mach, a deep and equally colorful green, the mismatched orbs blinked as he awaited to hear the knock on the door. His parents had already left for the weekend, and he had nothing to do till she came.

Kristina, or Kris as she prefered to be called, Evans walked up the driveway of her brother's house. Soon she arrived at the door and knocked twice. She was wearing a blue blouse with a pink skirt. Sighing she wanted for her brother to open the door. It had been three weeks since seperation and now she wanted him back in her life.

Hearing the knock, a smile broke over his face. It had indeed been a trying few weeks, what with everything happening and many people being separated, but he thought it would be good to be able to get back in touch with his sister once again. Rising from the couch, he hurried over to the door, smiling wide as he opened it. "Hey Kris." He said, a small grin betraying his intended casual tone.

She looked at him and blushed. "Hey bro." She looked around and sighed. Things seemed diferent then when she last saw him. In fact he looked older and more mature. "How are you?" He asked and sighed softly.

"Hey yourself sis." He responded, smiling and faintly going a light red himself. Backing up from the door, he let her in and walked slowly about with her, watching her look around the room. "Good, I've been good. What about you? Are you alright?" He added this last bit after hearing her sigh, wondering if everything was alright with her.

She looked at him and smiled and blushed softly. "Things have been all right bro." She replied and sighed softly. In reality things were terrible. She had just broken up with her boyfriend and now she was single. Sighing she looked around and wondered what to do about that dillema.

Frowning lightly, he peered into her face, suspicious now. "Hey, don't give me that, you know you can't lie to me." Grinning as he said this, he took her hand without thinking, pulling her along behind him as he walked. "Come on, we'll pop a movie in and you can tell me all about it." He knew he was being a little controlling, and invasive, but he hadn't seen her in so long, he wanted to catch up with her after so long.

She looked at her brother and sighed softly. "Well I got dumped again. "She replied knowing that she could not hide that fact from her brother. She sighed once more and started to cry. "Now who will I go out with?" He asked and started to look around the room to see if there was any other options.

Giving a small grimace as he herd the news, he nodded slowly and sat down on the ouch, patting the spot b=next to him for her to sit. "I thought it might be something like this." He said slowly, wondering what to do about it. Seeing her cry he suddenly spoke again, not wanting to have made her sad. "Hey, don't worry about it, a-alright? Forget however that guy was, if he gave you up, he was a stupid idiot in any case."

She nodded and sighed softly. "That is true bro." She replied and blushed. She looked at him and closed her eyes knowing she could trust him.

Smiling a little wider, he stood, biting his lip a moment before moving and wrapping his sister in a warm hug, not knowing what else to do in this situation. Outside, it was already growing dark, and being summer as it was, that meant it was getting fairly late. Slowly, he sat her down on the couch, taking a spot next to her and offering a cheerful smile. "So, lets watch some mindless images to take your mind off it, shall we?" He asked, flipping on the TV as he did.

She looked at him and nodded. "Sure we can watch something on tv." She replied and started to look around and sighed. His house was different then she rememberd it and she took it alll in.

Smiling, he nodded, turning on the screen and searching through the listed movies playing. Finally deciding on one, he sat back, giving his sister a grin as they set in to watch. Time ticked by, the sky growing dark outside as it went.

She looked at him and sighed softly. Looking aorund the sky started to darken and she felt glad that was finally home. Soon she started to yawn as she was tired after a long drive. But little did she know she would be sleeping with her brother.

As the night waned on, it grew dark, and the lights of houses next to theirs went off, and as the only light came from the TV in this room, it would seem the same was true of this house as well. Finally, the movie ended, and he turned it off with a flick of the remote. However, it was at this time that a sound came from up the stairs. The sound of breaking glass. "What was that?" Ein asked, puzzlement and shock in his voice.

She sighed and started to watch television with her brother. As she show came on she didn't pay much attention to it. Then suddenly she heard the sound and started to get scared. "I am not sure."She replied.

Sitting there, Ein furrowed his brow, quickly turning off the TV in order to get a better hearing of the sound. Doing so, his eyes widened, the sound of someone entering through the window drifting down the stairs to where they sat. "It's.. I think someones in the house." He whispered, suddenly staring to feel his mind reel, wondering what to do. "What should.. Should we... hide?" He mused, glancing about the room.

She looked at him and started to thiink of what to do. Suddenly she had and ide and she looked around. "Maybe we should hide." She replied and sighed softly.

Might as well put a closed sign on this, unless you would like to continue? Sorry, I know I wort of dropped the ball on this, but I suppose I lost interest for some reason.
