Her eyes slowly fluttered open as she didn't recognize the room where she was currently dwelling inside. Suddenly and with a gasp, she sat upright in the bed and her eyes peered down at the person beside her. It couldn't be, could it? Michelle sighed softly to herself, also noticing that she was currently half-naked and had little to no recollection of what happened the night before. She was too drunk to remember so now, she has a headache out of this world and was very much hungover. She knew that she shouldn't have gone to that party last night but didn't know of the consequences that were going to be behind it right now.

Michelle slowly slipped out of the bed, trying her best to not make a sound and wake her conquest from the previous night, who happened to be her ex. Her hand reached down to the nightstand to retrieve her phone and texted her current boyfriend [good morning ☀️] before continuing to carefully slip out of the bed. Her hands quickly reached to grab her clothing from the floor beneath her while she quickly changed back into them. While she tucked a few strands of hair behind her ear, Michelle's eyes scanned the floor for her wedges that she couldn't seem to find.

Although, she did try to retrace her steps then remembered that they might've been downstairs, where she kicked them off at the door as she and her ex were making out. The thought of being back inside of his place brought back many, many memories, good ones, bad ones but nothing too dark. Michelle did miss him a lot and if last night didn't prove that, she didn't know what else would.

As those thoughts ran through her mind, her ears twitched at the noise that came from upstairs, which meant her ex was finally waking up. She had hoped to be gone before he had woken up but unfortunately for her, things didn't work out the way she had planned for them too. ❝Hey,❞ She breathed out with a bubbly greeting and bright smile, even offering him a small wave. Michelle walked closer to him before reaching the bottom step and resting a hand on the banister, arching a brow. ❝I was hoping you could put the pieces of the puzzle together for me about last night.❞ It was a complete lie because she was about to peace out, girl scout but it's not like he needed to know that. ❝Perhaps over breakfast?❞ Michelle tried to tempt him as she still smiled while waiting for his response.

She still wondered how drunk was she exactly last night at the party.
