Arabella is a woman full of beauty, grace and charm. To some, she is like a goddess, when to others she is better than a dream. Her father, the king of Rewn, is at war with the neighboring kingdom of Poilen. They had once been good friends, the two royal families, until they saw one flaw with each other, and found it was not good. Arabella could remember the prince of the kingdom since as long as she could remember. He was about six years older than herself. She could remember growing up with him, remembering the summers together, and visiting around New Years. However, since the war started a year ago, she had not seen him since. She has given up on looking for him, for her father will not let her out of the kingdom. This has though made things hard for herself to find a fitting husband. With crystal eyes, a well rounded bosom, flawless skin and soft pink lips, who would think that it would be hard for her to find a husband? Everyone in the kingdom. They knew that things were hard because of the war, and they all felt pity for the princess in her state of loneliness. They all pray that some day, some man will come save her and take her away.
"What were you doing down there, Arabella?! You could have been killed by some sort of sniper, assassin or spy! How can you be so careless!?" She was being shaken by the shoulders by her father as he yelled into her face, making her eyes squeeze shut to try and block out his rantings. "Father, you know that I go down to the village every week to play with the children! There is not much they can do down there so I bring gifts and toys down to them so that they won't be lonely anymore." He only shook her harder, then threw her from his sight, making her stagger back a few steps before she caught herself. "Up to your chambers, now! I will not hear another word of this!" With that, she spun on her heal, and after picking up the front of her skirts, she ran up the stone steps. She slammed and latched her door in place after getting to her room, and she slapped her hands against the wood door. She was furious with how restrictive her father could be. She hated being stuck in this miserable castle.
Folding her arms across her chest, she looked toward the fire place, watching as the fire crackled happily with the new wood she put in an hour ago. Her father had found out from a guard this morning that she went down to the village yesterday while she pretended to be sick and bed ridden. Tossing a lock of golden hair from her face, she stormed toward her balcony, walking out to look down upon the village. It was a warm April day, the sun out and the sky bluer than ever. She gripped her hands around the bars lining the balcony as she looked down, trying to calm herself from what her father just said to her.
][ I just got an idea! If your character, the prince, somehow because like a servant or something to work in the castle so that he could be near her more often! ^^ ][
