Hello, members of Bluemoon Roleplaying! With an ever growing userbase and a desire for help in the more artistic side of things from BBCode, to graphics to individualize yourself on the forum, staff are looking for more members of the Design Team. We have a form that you can fill out below if you wish to apply for Design Team.

Description of the responsibilities of a design team member:
As a design team member, you have a plethora of different areas in which you could give to the community. The following are typical options in which you could help, based on your skill set, availability, and willingness:

- Creating site-compliant graphics (avatars, signatures, profile banners, and RT banners) for members.
- Helping members with BBCode RT layouts.
- Contribute to designing the forum & affiliated pages (discord server, Patreon, etc..) based on requests from admins.
- Aiding staff with announcements and events by providing graphics, codes, and aesthetic advice.
- You're allowed to turn down requests from members for whatever reason, and to close shop and take breaks.

6) Do you understand that if you're accepted as a staff member, you will be held to higher standards of behavior when interacting on the site, even when not actively handling staff matters?

Skills A
1) What graphics programs are you familiar with and how well do you know each?
2) Are you a programmer? If so please list your Github or other public code repository.
3) Are you familiar with coding and/or formatting for forums, if so what do you know and how well?
4) Do you know BB Code and/or HTML, if so how well?
5) Do you know CSS, if so how well?
6) Are you familiar with creating skins for forums?
7) Do you have experience creating avatars, signatures, emojis, buttons, banners, or any other graphic found on a forum? If so, what and explain?

Skills B
1) A member approaches you with a problem not designated as something you're supposed to handle, what do you do?
2) A member posts an introduction that seems to violate site rules, what do you do?
3) You have an idea and want to propose it. How would you go about doing this? And if it was talked about and eventually denied how would you handle it?
