Can Anyone identify this artists?

I came across this image on Facebook and I've really gotten into the look of these two characters.
Unfortunately the art was unsigned and the person who posted it has no idea where she found it.
I would love to find the artist, see if she/he has more or these two, hell maybe even commission more.
So I am taking a chance, who knows maybe one of you out there will have come across this before.

Sidenote: I also wouldn't mind building an RP idea based on this image so if anyone wants to PM me and
brainstorm I would also enjoy that.​

It's weird because reverse image searching this provides nothing except for a Facebook Group, assumedly the one you're talking about, which leads me to believe this was posted on a private platform.
