Plot:
The year is 2080, the world as we knew it, became a classic dystopia. The continuous war for political power out ruled the value and quality of life for the working class. Past wars brought along waves of famine causing the poor to grow deeper into poverty. Due to the increase in poverty over several decades, crime and murder only continued to grow worse. Most criminal activity resides in the lower districts of the main city, low income areas don't see many law enforcement officers, for if given the option, most would choose to work in the mid to higher income districts. Since crime was taken more seriously and was the utmost priority in the low income precincts, detectives began getting partnered up with criminals to put an end to even the biggest crime organizations. Criminals enlisted in this new crime preventing program, were either ex law enforcement themselves or had an impressive amount of street knowledge. What not better to fight criminals with criminals.
Character A is a rookie detective in Pantheon City, they are assigned to a precinct located in the lower income districts, called the Ultum district, named after Ultum corporations (famous for their military industrial services). The lower districts are known for their more "barbaric" methods of dissolving crime. Enlisting criminals for hunting Dogs rather than keeping them locked away seemed disgusting to the elite. They referred to these criminals as "Hounds" even though the phrase was supposed to be derogatory, it became a nickname of sorts.
Character B is a said "Hound" enlisted to hunt and take down anyone with just one order. Hounds are NEVER allowed to leave precinct premises unless accompanied by an inspector/detective. Each "Hound" is implanted with a chip at the base of their spinal cord, any attempt to leave the premises, will trigger temporary paralysis. Detectives are also given a remote that will activate the chip at any time if an order is disobeyed.
Character A and B will be paired together. Can be FxM or MxM, I typically like to play male roles and will play any desired character. Lemme know if you're interested
