Avatar Question

Would someone please explain or link me to the instructions regarding attaching an avatar to posts? I didn't see any instructions, but I'm pretty sure that only means I didn't look in the right place.

Just under the picture of the Tardis at the top of the forum, there's a link (when you're logged in) that says User Control Panel.

Click that.
Then on the left side of the screen, click Profile
Then Click Edit Avatar.

Then you can either upload one from your local machine, or choose one from the forum gallery.
