I've got a few here:

Shokuba to Jitaku de Gyappu no Aru Papa - Short little stories about a man who is cold and distant at work, but once he gets home, he's soft and loving. The art is amazing!

The stars and I - Childhood friends. The art is great too! I hate that as the story goes on, the translators left and the translators now, gave the characters American names. ^^;;

Way of the Househusband

A former legendary yakuza named Tatsu, once known as the "Immortal Dragon," has retired, and has dedicated himself 110% to supporting his wife Miku in her office job by being the best damn househusband he can be. It's both extremely funny and extremely cute.

Can't go wrong with My Love Story.

It was actually so addictive reading it that I bought and finished 13 volumes in like 2 days. No regrets.

Has an anime adaptation that's really really good too, though it doesn't cover the entire manga unfortunately.

Hard-Boiled Cop is an..... interesting one for sure. I don't really know what it is, but a Dolphin's a cop.
