Though I probably should have some answer, @ChrisGabriel your post's question would be my own. I've seen two gods mentioned. One was Greek, the other was Roman. Does that mean those both are acceptable? Or are there even more?

It's something I was a bit worried about getting ironed out, but it is an important question.

As far as deities are concerned, you can, more or less, pick and choose from any pantheon you want. My general idea is that, while some may worship only a single God or Goddess, most will make offerings to whichever deity's domain covers the activity they wish to be blessed.
