The Cruel Landlady [Landlady x Tenant]
Genre: Romance/Slice of Life/Drama
Duration: Long-term (flexible)
Plot/Smut: 30/70 ~ 70/30
Looking For: Feisty and/or cold and cruel woman, can be either top or bottom
The landlady is infamous for how cold she is towards her tenants; some even claim that she rules with an iron fist. However, her rent prices are one of the most affordable in the area and her apartments are in decent condition, so people with low income have little choice other than putting up with her sour attitude. A particular tenant catches her eye, for better or for worse. Something about his kindred spirit and his willingness to stay positive regardless of any situation he's in infuriates her, but at the same time intrigues her without her being aware of it. Perhaps she could put some pressure on him by forcing him to do menial tasks such as sweeping the leaves around the apartment complex or cleaning the lounging area, waiting to see the moment that the man reaches his breaking point and snaps. Maybe one day he cannot afford to pay rent and she pounces on this opportunity to take advantage of him. Anything is possible when it came to the landlady, as there was not much anyone could do against her. (Ideally my character will be a college student, but appearance and background can change if you have other preferences.)

Genre: Slice of Life/Comedy
Duration: Short-term
Plot/Smut: 20/80 ~ 50/50
Looking For: Confident tease, preferably top/femdom but not required
Two roommates currently started a diet and workout routine in an attempt to get themselves more in shape. Thankfully, today's a cheat day for the both of them, so they can pig out as much as they please. Still they choose to work out just to keep themselves from getting too lazy. However, things start to spiral a bit out of control when YC decides to let loose a bit more and teases MC. How far will they go until they cross the line? (NNN edition also available!)
I Know Who I Am [Virtual MMORPG]
Genre: Fantasy/Adventure/Thriller/Harem

Plot/Smut: 10/90 ~ 60/40
Looking for: Someone who can play 3+ characters and is okay with themes of transformation and memory loss
In this world, a Virtual Reality game has released where players can use fictional or original characters as avatars in a massive MMORPG. However, there is a drastic side effect: prolonged exposure to this game ends up slowly manipulating the memories of the player to the point where players have a skewed sense of reality, eventually losing themselves and believing to be their own avatars (ex. a player using a Ruby Rose avatar eventually believing they are Ruby Rose, having no memory of their real life). This sets up a precedent where our characters will attempt to complete the game and find the developers who made this in hopes of restoring everyone again. (Avatars can be anyone you'd like, fandom or original!)
Space Sex Shenanigans [BF x GF]
Genre: Romance/Science Fiction/Comedy
Duration: Long-term
Plot/Smut: 30/70 ~ 70/30
Looking For: someone who is willing to get a laugh out of any scenario and is open to different vibes during sex (i.e. panicking to get an orgasm in order to escape)
A couple decides to have a night out and try something a bit on the naughty side. However, they are unfortunate enough that as one of them orgasms, they get zapped by a stray beam of light which causes them to teleport into an unknown dimension. Due to their impeccable timing, the only way to escape the planets they come across is by having sex in their car, as an orgasm will cause them to inexplicably teleport. However, their destination will always be random, so it might take a while for them in order to get back home. What hijinks will ensue from this?
