Biography: Born in the Naked City, Kayce was raised by her adoptive mothers, Claire, and Sherry, and lived a life of love. When she was twelve-years-old, her mothers adopted a second child, Kayce's adoptive sister, Masie who herself was four at the time. From then on, Kayce and Masie were inseparable, even when Kayce would hang with her High School friends, Masie was there, and never once did she or her friends feel like Masie was an anchor, weighing down their fun. She was simply a part of their gang, and together they explored every nook and cranny the City had to hide, no matter how dirty, or seedy the location. Even after graduation, Kayce opted to attend the local Community College, so that she could be close to home.
And after earning her liberal arts degree, Kayce began working as an attendant at the Naked City Museum of Art, but she also started directing and hosting her own little docuseries online, wherein she and her friends would visit those forgotten and abandoned places they had once been to before. Her Indy show detailing her life as an Urban Explorer took off, and with the money she earned through advertising and from sponsors, she was able to quit her job at the Museum. However, as wonderful as things were for her, they took a turn when Masie fell ill and soon after passed away from a rare form of brain cancer. Distraught by her sister's death, Kayce had trouble mourning in a healthy way for about two-years, wherein she indulged in some unsavory habits, and were it not for her friend Jason, she might've not made it to her 30
th birthday.
However, while she has managed to keep clean and recover in a healthy manner, she has still struggled with the death of her sister. Recently, she has grown increasingly interested in spiritualism, ghosts, and the occult, hopeful that maybe she can bridge the gap and communicate with Masie once more. As such, her docuseries which had previously focused entirely on urban exploration, now seemed to feature a supernatural element.
