Well, let's see. There's the 5e campaign I've been in for five years. It's pretty important to me. It's had some really good character defining moments and such but to go into all of them would take up a lot of time and no one wants to read that wall of text.
More recently there's been a weird west campaign using the Blades in the Dark system. It's got some outstanding potential and I'm excited to see where it goes.
Non-tabletop, I've got three RPs that I'm particularly fond of. One on-site (RDR2 based); and two off-site (another RDR2 and an RE8 one). My partners for all three are pretty incredible and I'm lucky they write with me. Their characterization is on point and they bring out a style of writing in me that I'm fond of. It flows out of me, it's not too dreadfully archaic or flowery but I think it has some poetry in it. And that's only because they write so well themselves.

I once role played as Sheva from Resident Evil 5 and enjoyed how far we got with the characters, I believe we role played daily for 3-4 months..
Michonne from Walking Dead was also a fun one.
Generally, I enjoy role playing as pornstars. Mix their pro life with their private life, the struggles, the benefits. And it's easy to include tons of non mainstream kinks if the scene is a porn movie
