So, in addition to roleplaying, this prompt would be a lot of worldbuilding, as the title suggests. We would come up with characters and the world they live in, and then play them out.
This "world" would be a university for the "Pure of Souls." The premise of the university is that it's really more of a prison for people between the ages of 18 and 25, who in one way or another violated the extremely strict religious laws against sex and sexuality. For some students they may have been caught actually having sex, for others they may have simply been caught masturbating. They are then sent here to "Purify" them, though we all know how well that always goes.
The university would be surrounded by walls, or in some other way very difficult to escape. Their classes, in addition to some things that a normal university would teach, would teach things like religious propaganda, sex shaming, and abstinence training. As you might expect, these students would become extremely horny, and with bans on masturbating, pornography, kissing, and rules like strict uniforms and curfews, they'll have to get sneaky.
As some basic ideas of things that we could build or play out:
Students taking some of their uniforms, and modifying them into lingerie. These uniforms are kept secret, and only brought out during certain occasions.
Tunnels underneath the school provide a perfect place for secret meetings. In the few hours at night when nobody is doing room checks, what do the students do to get their release?
Secret shops that sell things like sex toys, phones, lingerie, lube, birth control, etc.

As for my roleplay style:
- I prefer to roleplay in first person, but can do third.
- I like at least a short paragraph for average response length, but I'm okay with occasional short messages and occasional long messages. I myself am capable of multiple paragraph responses, though the longer the responses the longer it will be between messages.
- I can usually respond at least once a day, and am capable of devoting a few hours to rapid responses if we really get into it.
- I prefer long term roleplays, and can appreciate long buildups. I'm willing to wait even months for things to get really dirty. That being said, I'm totally okay with jumping into the smut as soon as possible.
