She's been through a lot.
Hip problems, ear infections, broken claw.
Yes, i'm actually talking about an actual female dog.
She's pretty old now, and four or so days ago, we noticed that the left side of her skull caved in.
Today, I took her to a local vet.
She diagnosed it as muscle atrophy. That because of the ear infection, and how hard she scratched at it, she damaged a nerve, causing the muscles to shrink, her actual skull is still intact, and there doesn't seem to be any tumors or cancers.
She said it may not be permanant, but even if it is, that it isn't life threatening.
