Question Grey Name?

How does one get the permissions to check out profiles, send dms and the like?

In order to get full permissions one needs 3 posts and for their account to be over 24 hours old. Considering you already have more than the number of posts required you just need to wait until tomorrow and you'll be good to go!

I changed my account email address today and my name turned grey again after the change. Does this last very long? It turned blue as I was making my post in this thread. LOL
