Question Deleting previous postings, messages and threads.

As a returning member, I would like to delete all of my previous posts, messages and replies from my account. It has been 3 and a half years and would like to start fresh. Is that possible in one fell swoop, or individually? Thanks for your assistance. I understand that I must keep 3 messages or risk losing privileges.
