Extras and plot idea:
I would be a very shy person in front of girls until he knows them well as I did not have any girl in my life until I meet you one day accidentally or by chance. I would spend time on photography in my free time also have a skillset learnt from my father to make keys like a locksmith. I looked innocent but I wasn't. I always had some or the other thing going in my mind and try to be normal around people. I will be moving to your town looking for a better job and better standard of living, said that I would be a drop out from my Hotel and Restaurants Management course but would also have some cooking skills.
After I move to a new place, it would take time for me to settle down at one rental place with a decent location. I bump into you maybe during the house search (neighborhood) or job search or after joining the work. It takes time for me to build that trust and friendship with you. Then into a sort of one side feelings which then I would one day realize, I am hanging out with you only for the wrong reasons and dirty intentions. Then on I will try however whenever whatever possible ways to make you mine even if I have to blackmail you into doing things for me.
Everything would be going well in my life even though I have done bad things with you but eventually the city will start experiencing things they never imagined and somehow I am indirectly part of it. Now I need to decide to support those creatures to save my life and jeopardize humans life...
So basically it will start off and go as far as it can with the modern day realistic setting then I will link to the fictional world. You can expect lust, dirty and nasty, creepy things with realistic scenes and fictional later on down the storyline.
