Creating yet another new thread instead of necro-ing all my old ones - but the content is basically the same as all my other ones.
I've been getting a lot of interest that has fizzled right after conception so, in hopes that this doesn't happen yet again, searching for another partner who (lord help me) won't ghost me yet again.
I'm very friendly and easy to talk to so at any point if you do want to cancel/leave/whatever we want to call it, just communicate with me :3 That's all I ask. I actually really enjoy striking up conversation with my partners but if that isn't your thing, no pressure either.
I'm looking for someone to write with who would prefer male x male pairings. It's really all I write, and I'm pretty firm on that. Though, that being said, female characters that aren't a love interest but are just involved as side characters are more than welcome. I enjoy writing more than one character in a story to keep it from getting stale as it is (very friendly to multiple character within the premise of a singular story since that always seems to make things much more fun).
I am literate/advanced literate - for whatever water that holds. I enjoy writing, a lot, and my posts tend to be long. However, as with all stories, some parts may not require 10+ paragraphs; I write for what the situation calls for. I tend to get very analytical within the mind of my character, so I guess if that isn't for you, no worries! But I like characters that are fleshed out, have some substance. If you're looking for a quick smut story...likely, I'm not the man for you.
Note: since this seems to be something that is akin to a unicorn here -I am a switch. I can write as a top or bottom or, preferentially, a switch (I like the flexibility). Just thought I'd toss that in there before anyone asks.

No actual preferences at the moment. I'm actually open to just about anything. I also love to brainstorm new ideas and have the best time when I can bounce ideas off of someone, so if you want something, let me know! I do my best work with those who have ideas we can expand upon, and do my best work with a thought partner.
Here is some of what I had in mind, so let's brainstorm and toss around ideas!
* Demon x Human
* I actually had this idea from a plot that fell through that I really enjoyed so here is the premise:
Both characters are humans who were orphaned from a younger age but grew up closely with one another. Their respective families were both killed during an attack from demons on their home land (can be set in the past or more modern) and the children were the only ones who managed to survive and go unnoticed by the lesser demons who attacked. Their parents were from a lineage of demon hunters and thus this was why they were targeted due to their blood lines. Both kids grow up together and remain extremely close to one another and are trained as demon hunters themselves - however, one of them holds a secret that he has been repressing for years that could make their situation quite complicated as they grow older and continue to train to hunt demons that inhabit their lands. And given that these two grew up extremely close to one another, the fact that one is hiding something from the other could damage their relationship moving forward as well.
(I can expand more upon this idea and have plenty of room to grow/change details around as well, so message me if you are interested).
* Experiment-based genetic manipulation.
* Set in present time, the world carries on as usual, seemingly as normal as can be. However, the world hides a dark secret; illegal genetic manipulation, something carried on through several countries' governments, but hidden away from the rest of the world at large. These 'centers,' as they call them, house males in various age ranges, with the sole purpose of testing upon them. For what goal? The test subjects aren't sure...but they also are beginning to organize. Some are beginning to understand their purpose, beginning to understand their own abilities, and are forming an internal resistance. But will it be enough?
(I also have another angle for this, where a group has managed to escape, years ago, and have somehow slipped into mainstream society. What they don't know is that they have people searching for them ever since their escape, and will stop at nothing to get them. After all, what's the use of an experiment if it starts to have thoughts of it's own?).
* Threads of fate/Soul-bonds:
* Everyone is born with a set of initials that appear on their body at a certain time of age, with everyone's age of onset and the location of those initials different to the individual. Some obtain theirs when they are young while others don't receive theirs until they are a teenager. The initials are linked to the one who is considered their soul bond - another entity that is tied to them by some strange work of fate, which some believe to be all fiction and others believe within wholeheartedly. But what are the actual chances of meeting one's soulmate? Very low. Thus, many people settle for others even if they aren't considered to be their perfectly matched pair, and some refuse to believe within it altogether.
One character may believe within the power that the markings hold and another could simply think it's foolish and has no interest in ever finding his soul bond, even going as far as to try to cover the marking altogether. But, a chance interaction may change his view on that entirely.

* I love this anime/manga so while I haven’t done a fandom rp in awhile, this is one that I would love to do. I’m fine with a setting for them within the context of the anime/manga or something a bit more au while keeping the characters semi-cannon (but still exploring some personality traits that may not be cannon at all). Favorite pairings are:
Bokuto/Akaashi
Sakusa/Atsumu
Miya twins
Kuroo/Kenma
Bokuto/Kuroo

What I like:
* Romance with a plot
* Plot-based RPs (I can't do 100% smut writing or one-offs. I like a healthy ratio of plot to smut)
* Some taboo topics (aka twins or brothers aren't off the table for me)
* Fluffy RPs
* Dark RPs
* Angst/drama RPs
* Psychological RPs
* Fantasy elements, mythical creatures, some fandoms, original characters
* Drawn characters/reference photos - this one is a must for me. Sorry, but the TLDR here is that had a weird experience once, so, artistic forms of face claims only please
What I don't like:
* Heterosexual pairings - obviously (but mentions of a hetero side couple is fine!)
* Stories without plot
* No bathroom/watersports
* Poor communication - life happens and I am completely patient (I wait for months for some people very willingly) but, I really like a heads up as a courtesy
What you can expect from me:
I have a full time job, but I also work from home a lot. I have free time, I am extremely into writing so this is something I enjoy as a passion. That being said, I can post probably multiple times a day, but I know that wouldn't be a necessary requirement from you. Just know if you get into a spot of inspiration, most likely I'll reciprocate really fast. I have ADHD so my mind is constantly going a mile a minute.
I tend to be lengthy with my writing, and though I don't have 'requirements,' I respond best to someone who likes to write more than just a paragraph. I like a little substance, something to play off of. My typical post length is probably between 3-7 paragraphs, give or take on what I can bounce off of (but errs on the longer side).
I'm not sure really if I'm missing anything, but hey, let's chat and write something fun. <3
