Rather than a single one, I've brought a few different rp ideas from the various places they've been posted. What happens in each idea is negotiable as long as the main theme stays the same.
These are just a few ideas I've had over time, but if the concepts interest you then feel free to shoot a message! Even if the ideas themselves don't do it for you I'm sure we can come up with some fun scenes.
This is a scene idea focused on either FxF muscle theft or age swap. A remote village of amazons has shunned all contact with the outside world despite the efforts made to learn more about them and connect them with the rest of society. That was the case until one day when word is sent that they will accept one person to come to the village and learn their culture and way of life. Naturally you jump at the chance to experience something that many scholars have longed to see for themselves. What they didn't mention was that their reason for accepting an outsider was because they need a sacrifice of sorts in order to reinvigorate their Queen, whether it be regaining the strength an Amazonian Queen should have or rejuvenating an aging body you'll contribute far more to them than they will to you and the rest of the world.
She was an old family friend, a bit reclusive but you managed to get along well enough over the years. One day you get a letter saying that she's inviting you to her estate and thinking about giving it to you before she passes. Naturally you couldn't pass up this chance at setting yourself up like this, and seeing someone that'd been part of your life for so long before the inevitable. You find out when you arrive that you'll need to stay a few days to work the details out and catch up, at first it's no problem but as days begin to pass you start feeling more and more run down, while she seems livelier and healthier every time you see her. But that's just your imagination right?
You were a bit strapped for cash the past few months, enough to where you decided to take a listing for someone's clinical trial for some anti-aging product. It specified that they were looking for young and active women to serve as a control group for the trials and it paid out a rather hefty sum, so you called them up and set up day for an interview. You find out that all you'll be doing is taking a few pills each night and taking video documentation of how you feel and any effects that might occur, perfectly harmless until you find that your clothes seem tighter on you than usual. A few days later you feel like you don't have as much endurance as before. Maybe it wasn't worth it, but the pay is still much better than your old job...
Your typical fantasy setting, a group or duo of young female adventurers set off on a quest to defeat the Demon King. Only this journey doesn't take months or even a couple years, instead it takes decades, the party amasses power and over time has to find ways to more cleverly defeat their foes as they get older and weaker, until they eventually make it to the castle, many decades after they started their adventure as fresh faced travelers. This one obviously has more planning and can be more involved, but we can make it streamlined and more fast paced if you so desire.
