The sound of marching echoed in the hallway and her heart beat in sync with each step. She remained calm, vigilant as she went from door to door in search of a control room, data center... anything really. She pressed her body against the edge of the inner wall as another group of droids walked past. She held her breath until they were gone.

"Keep calm Syeria...." She thought to herself, the silver hilt of her lightsabre remaining silently against her hip. She wore a traditional Jedi's robes and had flowing red hair. Her emerald eyes darted left and right as she made her way out back into the hallway and into the next set of doors. They slide open with a soft sigh of air, the room was dark as she stepped into it. Trying to steady her mind and clear her thoughts... she was scared, especially since she was here without backup and against direct orders."

"Just keep calm... you'll be fine." She whispered to herself.

A soft melodic chuckle echoed across the room before he spoke."Are you quite sure of that young jedi?" he said quietly as he sat in his chair in the blackness. The echo of fingers snapping filled the room before the lights flicked on with a quiet, industrious hum.The room was a dank cellar like room, his private study in which he enjoyed alcoholic beverages and old books, actual printed works, which were a rarity."Strange you should wander into my lair alone, is there a particular reason you've come?" he said quietly, folding the book in his lap and setting it aside.

His eyes shone like diamonds, a piercing choral blue that were strangely unfitting of a sith lord.A long mane of flowing dyed hair flowed down his shoulders, coming to rest at his belt line.A rich tint of a soft mellow green that shimmered in the light. He was young looking, perhaps twenty four at most. One wouldn't take him for a sith lord at a glance, but looks could be deceiving."I suppose you're also aware you won't be getting out of my abode easily either, if at all".

The chuckle brought Syeria to a momentary freeze, her body tensed as the lights turned on. She looked forward and through sheer instinct summoned her lightsabre to her hand, the soft hum was quick to follow. He spoke to her as the blade extended, shining a brilliant green. Her eyes showed of fear but she did not shake.

"I shall not answer you... Sith."

She had never fought against a Sith before... she had barely seen combat action outside skirmish missions against Droids. But she stood her ground firm, trying her best to focus. She needed to escape, but there was no clear exit. She took a step back towards the doors.

"I will be leaving just as I came, I implore you to not try and stop me... not all things need end in bloodshed."

She took another subtle step towards the doors, the light of her sabre humming softly keeping the air tense and bright.

An amused grin slipped onto his face as he rose from the chair. He snapped his fingers once more and the doors behind the young female jedi slid shut with a billowing clank from the locking system."You shouldn't draw your lightsabre unless you intend to attack".His hand slid to his belt and drew his own lightsabre and the hum of his too filled the room. The blade of his sabre wasn't red as most sith no, he much preferred the hue of purple."I hope you know madam, I excel in this particular craft" he said with a shrug, his cloak falling to the floor.

His toned body fell into view as he took stance, shirtless in the heated room and sweating somewhat, he always kept the home humid, he got dry easily.Muscles flexed and relaxed as he stretched himself with a smirk."I'll offer you a proposal, should you choose to hear it" he inclined.
