Hey doing research for a video on Seapunk. I'm looking for anyone that was part of this early 2010's scene to get their opinion on it and what was going on at the time.

Im also looking for the following

any Seapunk Music suggestions.

A high rez image of the SuperSuper! VOL 2 magazine cover

Any footage from Coral Records Seapunk Showcase

if you want to talk or have anything im looking for let me know!

This is not a variation I've come across.

Can you give any details as to themes and the like? What medium was most of it produced in?

Music, it’s the first variant I’m doing that a music genre not a literary one hence reaching out for help.

Zombelle and Myrrh Ka Ba’s five-song EP "Tropicult" is suppose to be seapunk

Visually, a lot of Seapunk visuals will remind people of early CGI graphics one would see from the 90s either on shows or movies that were experimenting with this new technology or from Trapper Keepers (which were popular with kids in the 90s) with a lot of early CGI water effects, oceanic scenery, and old school video games often brought into the mix to really highlighthe nineties-ness of the aesthetic.

Is it bad that when you said Seapunk my first thought was immediately the movie "Water World"?
