Question Question about thread views

Howdy party people! I had a question about that fancy view counter that appears under a thread. I wanted to know if it counts repeat views from the same users, or if it's unique? For example, my journal has around 2.3k views, and I wasn't sure how many of those were just from me.

I think that it does. I view my request thread often and see the number raises up by one every time that I do. So, it does it after we view our own threads or others and when the same user views the thread, as well.
