Adarius quickly moved out the door, heading to the nearest cemetary. He never would understand these damned humans. They were all so fucking complicated. He couldn't grasp most of their concepts. They were so... plain. And such assholes to boot. He never understood how others could just blend with them. His only hope was that he could find a human that would make a suitible companion. He would look for her again tonight. He hoped she would be in this time. That way, he wouldn't have to wait another 500 years to find her. There was a woman out there than needed him. And tonight he would find her!

Jess looked around the corner. Those guys had stopped following her. She would have sworn they were going to kill her. Pushing the door open, she peaked around the frame. Nope. Not out there. She seemed to be in the clear. Running as fast as her legs could carry her, she slipped out the building carefully. Running to her friend's house nearby, she began pounding on the girls door, hoping she was home and not at work.

"Rhia! Open the door! Please. There is a problem!" She shouted. She prayed to the goddess that her friend answered the door before...

"Hey! There she is! Grab `er!" A male voice shouted from behind her.

Turning swiftly, she screamed, hoping someone, anyone, would help her.

Rhiannon has been getting ready for work, at the exact moment that things where happening. She looked up at the pounding on the door and sighed. But she kept herself in check as she grabbed up her special bag. A nice little spotted piece of Fur was brought into her hands. Usually blue eyes went golden brown and attained wildcat pupils. She whispered the spell beneath her breath, the one that would produce a partial change. She snarled faintly as she ripped open the door. Clad in her work clothes, and she worked in an interesting place.

"Jess, get your ass in here..." She growled and then chuckled as she felt the nails lengthening through her gloves. "So gentlemen you like picking on a lady." She exclaimed as she braced her hands on her hips, cocking them to the side. Her right foot, clad in flat footed black leather boots, tapped a rather upbeat tune. "Something you need 'Gents... or shall ya be continuing on. Or will Rhia have to play a nasty game with you." She said as she gave them a vicious smile, canines flashing as she did.

Jess quickly jumped in the door, pushing Rhia out of the way and slamming the door hard. Taking a deep breath, she forced herself to calm, before the stress go to her. Moving into the house, she flopped down on the couch. Laying back, she smiled at her friend.

"Miss me?" She said, the laughter in her voice obvious.

Standing up, she walked over and hugged her friend, happy to be safe. Looking out the window, she saw that the men were standing outside, as if they were waiting for her. Moving to the couch again, she sighed. Looking to her friend, she spoke again.

"I don't know what they want from me, but it can't be good." She stated flatly.

Rhiannon sighed as she stared at the closed door. She whispered the release incantation and looked at her friend. "If you like I can whip up a molotov spell?" She commented as she walked away from the door. Strapping the leather pouch to her hip. Well not one, but a string of pouches she kept close on hand. These pouches contained bits and pieces of different animals. It's how she performed her more predominatly used magics.

She grabbed up her trench coat and slung it over her shoulders. "Come on, I have to go to work and you are coming with me. We will take the passage that leads into the graveyard." She stated as she walked towards the library and motioned for Jess to follow. "Don't worry, it's safe I use it all the time." She commented as she pulled a book off the shelf. As soon as that happened there was a squeaking sound and the shelf swung forward.
