If we're doing actual coffee? I'm a sucker for a proper Espresso double shot into a caramel brew and light sugar. I love that bitter taste, its almost as much of a kick in the teeth as the caffeine.

You know what's really good? A tiny amount of concentrated coffee (I use instant coffee) with 2-3 teaspoons of sugar and then with cold milk poured in until the mug is full. Even better with ice cubes and a straw.
