Now: Emily grew up with a grudge against Thomas and his girls, they had everything she wanted. Her 'Father' left her mother once the baby was born, he never wanted kids. Emily's mother knew Thomas was the father, but never went after him for it, so Emily kept to herself. She went to school with Dawn and Faith, went tothe neighborhood BBQ's, and just watched them live happily.

It's been a month since the fall, chaos reigns supreme as different factions and leaders struggle for power. The Mayfields have found themselves trapped in their home, as Tom is making his way back from the nearby City, where he just saved someone close to the family.
Potential Partners: Neighbors, City-folk trying to escape the new leaders/bandits, whoever Tom just saved(daughters friend, cousin, neighbor).

The Mayfields were forced to flee their neighborhood as the leader of a nearby Faction began to seize control of the neighborhood and killing off anyone who didn't submit. They found themselves a few days out to an abandoned school, or so they thought.
