Elizabeth Collins was in a shuttle with fellow scientist Ryan Moore when it crash landed on the planet Aeros Five. They had had to abandon ship when engine failure hit the starship Endeavor, forcing an emergency landing.

She knew that it was dangerous to land on this planet of all places, but they didn't have enough fuel to get to a better location.

To make things worse, Liz soon discovered that Ryan had not survived the landing. Elizabeth was badly injured.. She exited the shuttle, unable to walk very far without limping. She needed to set up the homing beacon so the other earth forces found her. Luckily the atmosphere was breathable But it would be challenging to survive here alone in the middle of a war zone filled with Kraivam.. But she had no choice but to do just that.

Karvox had been near by, a scout out on the edge of the battlegrounds watching things. The dead mans land nearby had nothing going on usually, and thus with his little camp he had mostly been sitting here for months bored out of his mind. That was until that night. The boom of the ship coming down through the atmosphere. He watched quietly as the firey ball came in and plowed through the ground, making a massive trail of dirt and more through the land.

He watched quietly with his binoculars, waiting as he tried to see if anyone survived. When a young woman slowly crawled from it, he smiled. A gift from the gods perhaps. He gathered his spear and gun, getting ready before slowly approaching her.

He got close, with in kill range before he managed to come up behind the woman. He slashed at her hand with the butt of his spear, knocking anything she may have been carrying out and pointing his spear at her before giving her his first command, "Rank and name..." he hissed, in a thick accent, barely able to speak the human tongue.

The young woman was startled, and had barely gotten her helmet off so she could breathe the fresh air when the Kraimen came up behind her, knocking her homing beacon and the weapon she had in her hands out of her reach. She had not been expecting this and let out a startled little cry. The spear also was a little unexpected. He must have made a weapon to use on the surface. How long had he been there, she wondered? How many more like him were there. She was alone, he ship damaged, no way to get off the planet, and now she was captured. This did not bode well for her. She answered the Lizard man, no choice but to do so.

"Collins, Elizabeth Collins.....I am a Lieutenant with the Intergalatic Alliance, Earth Division three, serial number LX23456." This was standard, give this information, give this information only. Some how she doubted this was all this man was going to want from her however, given the look in his eyes and what the Kraimen were known for, he was going to want a lot more from her indeed.

The lizard chuckled, "Collinsssss..." he said in a hiss, "Mmm... yess... Earth woman Elizzzabeth," He said as if pondering this. He chuckled, "Get up... I give you choice. Die here on knee's or serve on knees at my camp... it has been lonely out here...' He said curtly, "You either server as my war wife, or you become food and be buried with vehicle..." he told her, poking her in the back.

He got her to her feet and made her move out of the way before he examined the wreck. He looked at the male ant turned to her, "Your husband mate?" He asked curiously poking the dead man, "He is dead... I will not eat though," he said to her as he glanced at her, "But you I may still... start walking, that direction, of smoke that isn't your ship," he said in a near snicker as he marched her back to the small camp set up he had, "And if you run flee, you will find you have no where to hide. Entire land for long ways is deadly creatures and nothing," he said to her. It was true, it was wasteland for miles and miles, no creature could survive without knowing what they were in first.
