Hello, and welcome to my request thread! I’ll begin with a small introduction, and then quickly move into what my interests are, what I’m looking for, and some potential ideas.





Who I am, and what you can expect:
​

• I am a laid-back, adult male.
• I live in the PST.
• I have three dogs. I love animals.
• I work Monday through Friday and am active most evenings after 6 pm.
• I am a literate writer with a passion for creating worlds, stories, and engaging characters. While I will always have a primary character, I enjoy utilizing side characters and creating a living, breathing world that interacts with both of us.
• Consistency! I tend to be available daily, and while I won’t always post every day, I am a communicative partner. At the very least I’ll post once a week, and if something is going to interrupt that, I’ll let you know.
• I have a clear separation of IC and OOC. I am not my character, and obviously, you are not yours. Granted, I do tend to be talkative outside of the RP, but you are under no obligation to reciprocate. I won’t ask you personal questions unless you offer, and am completely fine with whatever comfort level you have OOC. Be as open or as guarded as you like.

Role Play:​

• I write in third-person, past-tense only.
• Discord is fine for chatting, however, I will not RP through this medium. A forum thread is preferred, but the PM system is fine. Google Docs is also acceptable.
• I tend to be...long-winded. I like to weave in detail, poetic language and descriptions, and paint a picture. Once character interaction becomes more pronounced, my posts will adapt to make communication easier, but it is rare for me to write less than several paragraphs.
• I am interested in long-term, story-driven scenarios only. I adore writing smut, and sexual content is great - but I like for there to be a reason behind it, a connection between the characters. A 70/30 split is great, but at a certain point, it can be more or less as much as you’d like to include. Chemistry and compatibility play a large role in this for me.
• With very few exceptions, I tend to avoid fandom RP that involves canon characters. I don’t mind fandom RP, and even enjoy it, but I more so enjoy creating OCs within that universe.
• MC will always be male. I will play female NPCs, but not as a focus.
• I do not require face claims. If you would like to use them, or if you would like me to use them, I am fine with it. Unless asked, I don’t typically use them, myself.

My Expectations:​

• First and foremost, enjoy yourself. If you aren’t having fun, if it isn’t working, or if you’re too busy - that is a-okay. While I love writing, it is ultimately a hobby. This is something we’re doing to get enjoyment out of, and if you’re just not feeling it, please don’t feel obligated or forced to continue. While I would prefer you let me know, I understand that ghosting happens. You may reach out to me at a later time if you would like to start again or continue.
• Literacy is appreciated.
• Communication, in general, is appreciated. As the title suggests, world-building is my kink. This is very difficult to do on my own when working with a partner.

The Smut:


You can find my F-List here. In general, kinks are very flexible for me. Just because something is a favorite/like/etc, doesn’t mean it has to be included. Conversely, if there’s a kink that you just have to have, let me know, and we can add it in! For the most part, I like the sex to be discovered as the characters discover one another, not base an RP purely on it. Is my obsessive villain finally getting his hands on your heroine? What part of their relationship translates into a sexual urge? What would be the worst/best possible thing? Stuff like that!

As a disclaimer, all aspects of these are negotiable. I am fine with playing either role, and I am also fine with changing the setting, time period, etc. If you think I sound like a good partner, but have your own ideas, feel free to let me know! These are less so cravings and more just potential things to write about.



Dark, and preferably Medieval, Fantasy​

• Vampire x Human
  • Humanity and otherwise live in a tenuous power struggle. While the world of the supernatural and the world of the mortals isn’t at open war, the conflict is very much real and bubbling beneath the surface, where territory is fiercely guarded and social hierarchies are vast and ever-changing. This could go several different routes, but some ideas are:
    • Muse A is a Vampire Noble, Muse B is essentially bloodstock. While humans are often viewed as cattle within Vampire territories, “something” is different this time. Those differences start as distractions but evolve into something else.
    • MA is a Vampire Noble, MB is a hired assassin. An attempt is made on MA’s life but fails. Rather than kill MB outright, MA holds them captive in order to uncover the true threat. Either MB is able to oust their employer immediately, and MA keeps them around to create a counter-plot, or MB is unable, in which case the pair works together to figure it out.
    • MA is a hunter of sorts, tasked with hunting down escaped slaves/bloodstock/et al. MB is said escaped slave/bloodstock/et al.

• Demon x Human
  • Humanity is dominant in this reality, however, due to a failed ritual from a fallen kingdom thousands of years ago, demonic rifts are an ever-present threat. Stemming from the ruins of the ancient castle, supernatural entities have plagued humanity for generations, no longer myth, and legend. Demons are largely broken up into three categories: Bestial, Humanoid, and Titan. Bestial are essentially beasts, as the name implies. Humanoid is any sentient demon, regardless of size and appearance. Titan is more akin to a force of nature, amoral and virtually unstoppable/indestructible.
    • MA is a demon hunter of sorts, freelancing for settlements too poor to afford anything more than a volunteer militia. A local township has recently been besieged by a string of attacks from demonic beasts being coordinated by an unseen puppet master. MB is either A) the puppet master, B) a demonic entity unrelated to the attacks, but holding territory in the area. If B) is true, MB is mistaken for the threat, but must ultimately work with MA to end the attacks.
    • MA is not as good of a summoner as they think. MB is a cranky demon.
    • MA is a better summoner than they think. MB is a cranky demon with a new master.
    • MA and MB are on a whirlwind adventure in a desperate attempt to seal the rifts, protect their home, etc.

• Fae x Human
  • Replace all of the Vampire and Demon influences with a spooky Faerie.
  • Muse A is a supernatural being from an enchanted kingdom falling into ruins, but such things have long become a myth in the mortal world. Muse B is seemingly plain, however, suddenly finds themselves pursued by Muse A who believes they are key to revitalizing the magical realm. Perhaps Muse B has a heritage they don’t know about, possesses an item they were unaware of, or is a “vessel” of sorts, magic made flesh.

Random, generally dark, Stuff​

• Muse A is a superhero/vigilante/detective/etc doing all the cool and good stuff in the world, saving people, and generally just trying to improve the world around them. Their endeavors have made a significant impact on their community/city, but like all good deeds, nothing goes unpunished. MB is the opposite of everything they stand for and has become obsessed, similar to the Joker and Batman. MB does whatever they can to get MA’s attention, and thus begins a horrific game of cat and mouse.

• Anything Apocalyptic.

• Pretty much anything science fiction, too, though I am more comfortable with fantasy settings!

• Just...just anything supernatural. I don’t care what it is. I love monsters in all shapes, forms, and sizes. Lovecraftian, too.

Fandom​

• Star Wars - One of the rare fandoms I’m willing to play a canon character in. Vader, Anakin, Ben.

• Mass Effect - Shep is fine, either player.
