Appearance: Earnst is a middle aged looking man with white hair, smart looking, very charismatic and looks like he is in his 20's always.
Powers: Earnst can read thoughts and manipulate thoughts, making him able to know what people one and tell them the right answer... always.
Flaws: Earnst is a power hungry white supremacist. Will do anything to stay in power.
Background: Earnst is a shareholder in Vought and supported to pay for research to get some powers. He became a politician and is now a very influential candidate in the Party that can shape policies and influence politicians. Mostly handing public relation crisis and security situations and very concerned about the other groups that has superpowers that is not created by Vought as the terrorist.

Appearance: Jessie has short ash-colored hair, she has a sweet face and her arms are covered in rose with thorns tattoos. She has an athletic build, 5' 7" tall and 130lbs.
Powers: Jessie is bulletproof, and has superstrength and dexterity. Trained in martial arts, her body is a deadly weapon.
Flaws: Jessie is a dominatrix and is addicted to having sex with men in uniform. She is narcissistic, sadistic, and is very different from what she shows on the screen.
Background: Jessie was sexually abused by her stepfather who was a cop since young, but in a sick and twisted way, she sort of enjoyed it as she developed some kind of Nymphomania and kink for uniformed men. As she was physically attractive and had a following in the martial arts world, Jessie seemed to be a good publicity candidate to be used to fight crime, and since her persona would allow her to meet more uniformed men, Jessie agreed to help fight crime and kick ass.

Name: Greg Garrison (Ultra Lad)

Appearance: 6'4" tones muscle in tight spandex, perpetually messy dirty blonde hair and sharp green eyes.
Powers: Super strength, with incredible muscular fibre density.
Flaws: While his muscled body is powerful and resistant to damage thanks to his enhanced muscles, less muscled areas are laughably fragile. He can take a sledgehammer to the stomach, but can be dazed by a slap from a delicate hand.
Background: Raised in a strict Christian family, he developed his powers working out daily by swimming in, what was, unbeknownst to him, a radioactive wastewater holding pond. As he worked hard to develop his muscles, the radiation infused those muscles and gave him great power. He was happy to start becoming a costumed crime fighter at an early age, and his sheer size and displays of power did much on their own to dissuade criminals meaning he had little need to develop actual fighting skills and, more importantly, defensive skills.
