A simple enough idea, yea? The only caveat I would insist on would be that the bodies... And the persons that inhabit them, be of different genders. Male, female, hermaphrodite, 'futa', trans... so many options to choose from!

I expect most of these to be little more than short term smut, but would love ideas that could be drawn out into something longer.
As to how/why they get switched, it could be any number of reasons; magic, science, alien experiment, or a strange phenomenon that has been going around? Just to toss out a few ideas. Could be purposefully done, or an accident, or we could simply say 'who knows' until the characters figure it out?
~One idea of my own would require someone to take on a GM role. An old man on his deathbed at the same time his teenage grand daughter is brought into the hospital from an accident... He later awakens in her body...
