Issue Help with a post

So, I went to reply to a post (linked below), then asked my partner to make a couple edits. She says she did, and even edited and saved the post twice just to be sure. But no matter how many times I refresh it appears that the post is the old, non-edited one. It even doesn't show any “Last edited” timestamp.
