Sup, sup. I'll cut right to the chase, and poke me in PMs if you wanna more details about me, or the plot.
This setup has 2 potential directions, but in general, I'm flexible about the details.
I leave YC’s reasons for you, but obviously, he has some beef with this crime family, or he wants a piece of the pie himself………..
Okay, so the 2 routes I mentioned:

But the information did leak, about his sickness, about the turmoil in his crime organization, and the question of succession of incredible wealth that hung in the air. Because while he had enough power-hungry goons to keep his operations going, he was petty enough to secretly write a will leaving all his riches… to his only daughter. It was rumored that she was as cold as her father. She was so cold, so conceited that she was known for never looking anyone in the eye, never deeming them worthy. Whenever seen in public, her chin was always high, and her hand always linked with her fiance's. Her fiance was much more known than she was. He could be found in strip clubs every Friday, he had a bit of a gambling problem and a cushy job as a secondhand to the crime lord and his future father-in-law. It all rose to a crescendo one rainy November afternoon. It was warm inside the limousine as they were driving home from the funeral. Her fiance gently veered the topic to the wedding, debating out loud that the loss of her father shouldn't delay their plans, that her dad would have wanted her to get married, and secure his bloodline as soon as possible. Meanwhile outside someone was waiting, setting a trap, determined to make sure that this bloodline would be cut dead as soon as possible. The ambush was fast, his men were professional. They eliminated the bodyguards and dragged the couple out into the mud. There, in the rain, on her knees would be the first time she'd face him. When he would aim the gun at her head, she'd lift her face and show him those famous eyes that no one was good enough to meet. Something stirred in his jaded heart. It wasn't even the realization that she couldn't see at all, that she was ultimately as blind and helpless as a newborn kitten. It was her, something about her, how she jutted her chin up, even as it wobbled, bravely accepting the death, while her fiance begged, threatened, and cowardly offered her up, as long as he could live… |

Okay, so the 2 routes I mentioned:
- Instead of killing her, he kidnaps her, the expected route, but no less fun.
- He changes his plans on the spot. He’s masked, he lets them live. Instead of assassination, he infilters himself into the position of her bodyguard.
