Hello, and welcome!

My name is Anex, and as you have probably figured out, this is my one-on-one roleplay request thread. I have been roleplaying on and off for about 15 years, and I occasionally regain my deep craving for it. Currently, I'm looking to find mature and literate partners to work with in getting some interesting stories going. Realistically, I'm a pretty flexible person so if you want to work with me but aren't seeing an exact fit in this post, just send me a PM. The worst thing I'll do is give a polite 'no thanks!'

What You Need to Know:

• I will only have an active roleplay going with 2 or 3 people in total; so I am very selective in order to maintain the quality of my writing
• I play straight adult females
• 3rd person perspective
• Roughly 30/70 split of sex to story for Lighter Side roleplays
• Roughly 70/30 split of sex to story for Darker Side roleplays
• Average between 4 and 8 paragraphs (down to ~2 during fast action scenes)
• 2-4 responses a week (ghost friendly)
• Roleplay preference is through PMs
• No fandoms/established worlds
• BROAD range of kinks (see: Lighter and Darker Sides' Kink Lists)

• OOC Approaches - We're two people, let's talk about what we both want out of a roleplay!
• Pre-Roleplay World Building - I like to have a conversation about the time & place, character basics, what tone we're going for, the kinks we want to get into, etc.
• Self Advocacy - Tell me what you do and don't want.
• Juicy Details - I want to know what it feels like, tastes like. I want to see our characters developing in how they think and act.

Dislikes:

• Gary Stu & Mary Sue - Come on.
• Immaturity - We're all adults here. If for some reason you're not, please don't reach out to me.
• Passivity - Don't ask me carry the entire plot.
• Predictable Plots - You can take a basic theme and make it unique by creating complex motivations and examining the "why" of things. Creativity is key.
• Unwillingness to Play Multiple Characters - The universe has more than 2 people in it. Sub-plot and background people are needed!
• No Interaction - Posts that don't give me anything to work with (only containing world building/internal thoughts) are difficult to build off of if they happen frequently.

The Value of Truth (Fantasy Past/Dark Ages, Human x Human, Political/Action/Drama/Romance) ​

The king is dead. By tradition, as his oldest offspring, YC must go to the Citadel and be matched in an age-old ritual to a mage who will become YC's life-long advisor and magical protector. In a great political upheaval the ritual selects MC, a truth-seer, who is able to detect lies through her touch. One of her order has not been selected in 500 years, leaving most orders furious through the lost opportunity for power. And what does this selection say about YC? Gossip abounds - why does YC need protection from lies? Why would the ritual not select an offensive mage? And what happens when the greatest physical threat of the last 200 years visits their land? ​

Hidden In Plain Sight (Medieval, Human x Human, Comedy/Romance/Drama) ​

The marriage had been arranged so quickly. MC's house was financially wealthy but politically poor, YC had earned power through battle victories and tournament wins, but needed cash. Rumors had spread that YC was a cold and cruel man, and how could he be anything else given his reputed skill at killing? MC was having none of that. Throwing all logic to the wind, she runs away just before the hour of their marriage--the two never meeting. A couple years later, MC is dressed as a boy while working at a roadside inn when YC saves her from being robbed. Turns out YC is not a monster, and is in fact horrified that MC is such a scrawny excuse for a boy given their age. YC is determined to right this wrong, and brings MC into YC's service as a squire in order to teach 'him' how to be manly! A comedy of errors ensue as MC desperately hides her identity while getting to know the man she wronged.

A Tale of Two Faces (Medieval, Human x Human, Drama/Romance) ​

YC is the heir to a cruel and corrupt lord. Raised to follow in his father's footsteps, he recognizes early just how terrible his father and associates are. Forced to keep his true feelings to himself, he decides to actively fight against his father's evil, and creates an alter-ego. By day he is the horrible lord everyone expects, but by night he is a masked vigilante, saving as many people as he can. MC is the daughter of a well-known dissenter who has publicly rebuked the cruel lord and has gained many followers. More and more people are starting to follow MC's father, so YC's father arrests MC and holds her hostage. The message clear--keep quiet, or I'll kill your daughter. Thinking it will be good practice for his son, the lord gives MC to YC, telling him to see to her 'reconditioning'. How will YC manage both his father's expectations and protect MC? Perhaps his alter-ego can bring some comfort to the one person he can't save from his father's cruelty.​

Get Her To The Castle (Medieval/Fantasy, Human x Human/Fantasy Race, Comedy/Action/Romance) ​

Once a mysterious letter arrives at the convent asserting that someone knows one of the novices is actually a princess from a neighboring land, MC knows she has to leave to keep everyone safe. So far - the only thing that has been protecting her is the comical levels of ineptitude from her uncle's private henchmen. She was once able to get by them simply by asserting to their face that she was not the princess. Idiots! Nevertheless, in order to make sure no harm comes to those who are innocent, she moves on. After all, she only has to stay away until she is 24, at which age she'll be able to legally assume her ailing father's throne, circumventing her covetous uncle. There are some options for YC here - he could be a newly-hired non-idiot henchman, he could be a paladin of the highest honor and morality who feels a drive to see her return to her throne, he could be like Wolf from the 10th Kingdom - a sweet but dangerous loner who is just SURE she's his mate. ​

The Selection (Sci Fi Future, Human x Human, Drama/Romance) ​

Humanity hasn't had the best luck over the last few hundred years. The changing ecosystem of Earth spurred on a series of world wars, and terrible side effects from the new technology. The birth rate has plummeted, and 90% of the planet is male. The only positive is that Earth has come together under a single republic-style government that has spent the last 150 years putting in place laws to protect women and unequivocally punish men who break them. Twice a year eligible men join in The Selection to be viewed and assessed by women as a choice of temporary mate. Most go home alone - but a small few are given the opportunity to woo a woman who they've never seen or touched - but who has selected them out of all other available options. ​

Welcome to the Galaxy (Sci Fi, Human x Alien, Political/Action/Drama/Comedy/Romance) ​

Humans are invited to apply to the galactic coalition after finally inventing space travel. MC is part of the human delegation sent to join and YC is a member of another race's political representation. Two potential options are (i) MC x YC become friends as they both deal with the stereotypes attached to some shared mutual trait (eats meat, can't artificially reproduce, has to sleep, etc.), or the flip side where (ii) YC dislikes humans because of some trait, and MC x YC butt heads as they're forced to work together.

That Magical Night (Fairytale/Fantasy Rococo, Fae x Fae, Drama/Romance) ​

It was only supposed to be one magical night of adventure for the low-born YC. As the bastard son of his late father, YC was lucky to have been given a role as a servant in his brother's household. Wishing for just one opportunity to participate in a world he could never belong to, he dresses up in his brother's clothes, dons a mask, and sneaks into a high society masquerade. MC, the eldest eligible daughter of her noble household, is swept off her feet by the masked man. The two of them spend a romantic evening together, and MC begs YC to reveal himself to her so she can find him, but he refuses. In the early morning hours, they part ways, heartbroken. Barely a month later, YC receives horrible news--his brother is to wed MC. How will he handle this turn of events? How will MC feel about marrying a man her heart does not belong to?

Under a Bright Moon (Regency, Human x Werewolf or Vampire, Mystery/Romance) ​

What do you do when you're an intrepid young woman whose friend has just been murdered? You get out there and find out who did it! After the shocking murder of MC's best friend, MC becomes determined to figure out what happened and why. But she's not the only one looking. YC is a werewolf/vampire searching for the member of his kind who obviously had a hand in the murder. After repeated run-in's with MC, YC realizes that if he doesn't start helping her, she's going to get herself killed.

"Herd" You Were In Trouble (Wild West, Human x Human, Drama/Romance) ​

Working a cattle ranch in the middle-of-nowhere New Mexico is hardly an easy task. Let alone if your new husband just died, the foreman barely respects you, and the bank is looking for an immediate repayment of your home loan. With 200 head of cattle that need to be rounded up and driven to the stock yard, MC is in a bad position. Only a week ago she had married her husband, a man she barely knew, after answering a newspaper ad. Almost immediately stricken by cholera, he managed to hold on for a few days before dying. Now the foreman is pushing her around given that she "knows nuthin' 'bout cattle", and the bank smells blood in the water. New to town, can YC step in and help MC before it's too late?​

At Her Service (Futuristic, Human x Human, Drama/Angst/Violence/Romance)​

Prison is only an option for the most violent and uncontrollable of criminals. Nearly everyone goes to The Auction where individuals and businesses can bid for them as contract slaves through the term the government sets based on their crimes. Worst case scenario - they'll be conscripted into hard labor so intense they'll never live through your sentence. Best case scenario - a rich family makes them a household servant. Somewhere in the middle is being selected for sex work, and unfortunately for YC, that is exactly what MC is doing at The Auction. Her last three purchases had all become her willing toys after intense training, and had timed out of her service as their penance came to a close. Now it's time to select another, and she's looking for the right kind of man - one who will fight hard against his feelings and sexuality as actions he hates become ones he craves. ​

Getting Him Back (Modern, Human x Human, Drama/Romance)​

The encounter was totally unexpected. After recently moving back to her home city, MC decides to take a night off from work and visits a high-end BDSM club. She wasn't looking for anything serious yet, but in her previous city she'd been a regularly attending Domme of another club. On this night however, a face from the past appears. Wearing the clothing of a submissive, MC's former childhood bully, YC, is there. MC's own attire includes a lace half-mask, obscuring YC's ability to recognize her. MC can't resist the temptation to get revenge on the boy who was so mean to her. ​

The Show (Modern, Human x Human, Apocalyptic/Slavery)​

In the near future, a global disaster destroys modern life, leaving the survivors to fend for themselves in a new and brutal world. Mafia and cartel-like groups thrive, creating small cities filled with all the things they are good at--sex, drugs, trafficking, labor exploitation, etc. Regular people just trying to live are forced by circumstance to accept these changes in order to survive. Two such people are YC and MC. For their own reasons, each find themselves bonded to the same man, Cal Reed. By day, YC and MC perform various tasks for Cal. By night, YC and MC are pressed into a sexual relationship with each other for Cal's amusement, his friends often joining to watch the show. Any kink Cal desires is performed by the unwilling pair in his small underground theater. Resistance to his wishes has consequences, and they learn early that the price is too high for either of them to bare. ​

Dark - Yinara AitInri

The profession of 'slaver' was a foregone conclusion for Yinara.

She was born to ultra-wealthy parents, on a planet that's main export was slaves, in an estate staffed entirely by obedient men, women and 'its'. Expectations of greatness, brutality, and sexual dominance were commonplace for her race, and given that she was the sole heir to her parents dynastic fortunes, Yinara was not exempt from them. Not that she'd want to be--even if there had been a choice. All of these things came easily to her, and she enjoyed many aspects of her education.

Even so, it was a brutal life.

Though surrounded by opulence and the trappings of her station, her education would have disturbed the most hardened of criminals. The ideology of her family stated that in order to understand true dominance one must be subjected to it. She was beaten, starved, tortured, and subject to endless physical training.

At first her size kept her from winning, but as she aged she grew masterful. At fifteen she turned the tables on her mother and won a fight that was so violent they were both left with permanent scars. Once bandaged (and over a well-earned glass of wine) her mother proudly gave Yinara her first male. Now that her education was complete her harem could begin. Within a few months, she broke her first slave and sold him for a record profit--her worthiness as an heir solidified.

At seventeen she earned her first slave ship and worked tirelessly to expand her parent's individual syndicates, as well as start her own.

Now, more then a hundred years later, she is the head of her own successful slaving business. Her parents, now mostly retired, have left the majority of their affairs for to her to run, and she does so with a vindictive cruelty that is nearly unmatched in the rest of the universe.

Over time her empire has grown so vast that supremely competent underlings are employed to handle almost all of the minutia. Yinara now spends her time on high-level concerns, as well as her own personal interests. For pleasure, she entertains herself breaking slaves using new and vicious techniques. Often only satisfied when her teeth are around some male's throat, she ends up spending a lot of time seeking out new bed mates.

New males for her harem. Cocky males. Subservient ones. Men with big mouths and empty pockets. Men with attractive bodies who were born knowing their place--just as she was born knowing hers.

Yinara's F-List (Custom Kinks)

New Property - Rarely is Yinara found in the stockyard anymore. Experienced herd managers usually take charge of the new acquisitions, sort and grade them, and ship them off--as laborers, pit fighters, or prostitutes--to outposts in Yinara's empire. However, on the off chance that she visits and notices a particular piece of property, her employees know to step aside and let the Boss take what she wants. It is not wise to get between her and any an object of interest.

Sex Sells - The various brothels and pleasure houses of Yinara's financial empire are often places where unwanted people end up. Addicted stim users desperate for a regular fix become amenable to selling their bodies. Compulsive gamblers spend winnings on whores or pay debts at the hands of her clientele. Disruptive laborers, kidnapped people, and folks who just 'know too much' are often squirreled away to dungeons several systems over where no one will know who they are. A myriad of people in infinite situations can be found in these places.

Her Harem - For both business and pleasure, Yinara often spends much of her time at her estate. The massive open-air marble palace possesses rooms for hundreds of guests, acres of gardens, and miles of ocean coastline. It is a testament to both Yinara's heritage and power. In the private wing of this palace is a high-walled compound, where her most precious objects--the men of her harem--are kept. Some are the sons of financial and political allies, willingly given in exchange for influence. Others are slaves too perfect to be sold, and now wear a collar of a different sort. Fewer still are men who earned their place, coming for their own reasons, with their own requests.
